I wonder if Ketis will ask Ves to provide a design spirit to her mech design.

There’s so much to like an admire about the new Ketis. I admit I was not a big fan of Ketis 1.0, 2.0 shines so bright Gloriana’s character dims in comparison. I’m hoping Exlor give Gloriana a makeover someday that addresses her annoying quirks… that’s going to be quite the project. I’m hoping motherhood does the trick, yet I fear it will become a new obsession, to create the ‘perfect’ child. <shudder> We all know someone like that! My takeaway from this chapter is, how long until Ves implements his own version of ‘Sharpie’ that compliments his, Gloriana’s and the rest of the Journeymen Larkenson Design team? Ketis is the extreme of dedicating herself to two complimentary professions, Ves also does this with his spiritual design, so he should be able to create a spiritual Mech, ‘Mechie’ that grows in power with him. Gloriana’s secondary focus is Hexism, being religious however doesn’t personify as a complimentary calling, so she fails to meet Ketis’s criteria. I shudder to think what Gloriana would be like as a Goddess Mech Designer of Hexism. Juliet Stameros secondary focus is her Penitent Sisters, which also doesn’t seem a complimentary occupation, and Miles fails to check the boxes. A cyborg Biomech Designer might qualify as having a foot in two fields of study. Mech Designer and Bio Researcher. Ves might be able to find another test subje… colleague amoung the LRA Designers who joined up. Regardless, I have a feeling Ves is going to find another chance to enhance his Clan while more individuals like Ketis.

Does Ves still have that wreck from his duel with the MTA?? I used to hope that he'd create a Loki spirit from the imprint of Jovy's specialty. Now that he's got a full batch of serums, the newborn spirit could start off strong!

A sudden path of growth appears in my mind for Ketis. Her Monsters Slayer adopts Sharpie as Design Spirit, 10000 Swordmen form a cult to Sharpie which in turn fuels Ketis progression as a Journeyman as well as Swordmaster.

I'm glad Ketis was able to become a sword master while being a mech designer too. I'm just peeved that ant they cant pilot the mechs hey make. it's like an automechanic that built his own car but can't even drive it. I can only imagine the frustration
