Hmm... if there were contestents who were willing to take a lesser position of "technial lead" instead of on the design team - are there others who are willing to join up as a random clan member doing basic mantientce? ANY clan member can invite them after all, and they all passed the Bright Warrior test.

Ves should task the 50+ of his designing subordinates to make their mech whilst he would input his own spiritual specialty to each and every one of it. By the end of it, he would have stocked up on the DP that had long been ungrowing due to the limitations of his design durations and individuality.
