I hate how Ves is such a weak child whenever he is near Gloriana, is this leading up to something??? Probably not considering how Gloriana betrayed Ves by telling her family his secrets and nothing happened. Is Ves just going to stay a weak, easily manipulated 'boy'? Besides the military power disparity between them, doesn't Ves hold much of the power in the relationship considering how Gloriana's design philosophy won't work if she doesn't include Ves's spirituality in her 'perfect' design? I like the book but anything related to Gloriana just makes me annoyed and frustrated. I'm hoping that when Ves travels out of the Komodo star sector this stuff will stop, but I highly doubt it

Ves is thinking about "true blood" Larkinsons' feelings and needs and somehow forgets, that he himself is ready to accept adopted members as equals, as family. Who is taking care of them in this assembly, voicing their side of things? If you already think of them as family - you shouldn't treat them any different.

I was reminded of an anecdote. The father instructs his son before the first wedding night: When you are alone with the bride, undress and start jerking off, let her know that you can do it without her. Ves, you need more than 30! Why are you fooled by the *** reward?

History is never used when trying to implement change with out bias input. Ves need to push for the big picture and long term investment instead of short term wants and needs. Now Ves use the force.

The devil tongue lashing is about to begin! I will attempt to write a speech, channeling the same devil tongue as an exercise in writing creativity! Here goes! My fellow web readers, I come to you today, to inform that there is a new menace in the world . And that menace is the United States of America, or more appropriately should be called the Divided States of America. Put aside your citizenship, affiliation and prejudice for a moment and really consider what I am trying to impart to you today! Surely we all heard, and watch the news in suspense for the past two days in sleepless nights, regardless if you are a US citizens or not. We have all seen the hotly contested election and the votes that are split 50-50 in many states. The votes are counted and are all in, and regardless who won and become the president, one thing is clear! That the result of the 2016 US election is not an ABERRATION! It is not a FLUKE! It is not a MISTAKE! Everyone can see and heard what the abomination, Donald Fucking Trump, has done for the past 4 years! YET! HALF! THE! COUNTRY! IS! STILL! SUPPORTING! AND! VOTED FOR HIM?! That result is unforgivable! The USA has now become a nation equivalent of Jekyll and Hyde, a nation divided between two extremes. God, forgive me for condemning the innocent and morally upright, but painting a country in the same shade as the worst of them is the way of the world, especially if the worst is not the minority. Forget the Americans represented as the comic character Archie, Betty and Veronica! They no longer represent the US national reality! They are gone with the dust of history! Other nations should seriously consider the USA as a menace in global peace and stability and maintain diplomatic distance in the same rank as other notorious menace such as China, Russia and North Korea! Even if Trump is gone, only the gravest symptom is gone. The disease remains, half the population that approved and voted for Trump is still there. The country reputation abroad remains in tatters. Hindering and putting into question whether the alliances and agreement made with a country that could be considered going rogue to be still worth maintaining. Today, the world has already isolated USA due to the rampant Covid pandemic ongoing there. Consideration should be made, even after the pandemic is over, to maintain the isolation should the political division worsened. God bless the USA, for even the devil fear to tread the blighted land.
