Just a doubt: How the hell merchant association approved terms of the challenge clearly in favor of one party without any discussion with the challenged party ( assuming the terms of challenge are presented by the challenger )? Both the parties have gold rank companies as their backers so wouldn't the association take care to offend neither of them.
