Always confuses me why they never use poison or corrosives in these scenarios. Chuck a bunch of bottles full of virulent nasties down into the mob and it’d cause mass havoc. Even better if it was something contagious like spores. Even experts would need to waste their inner strength to deal with that and also be a good distraction at the very least.

Qing Hu Island is really dumb. Even if they could destroy Gui Yuan Sect, with the Sovereigns power who could stop him if he wanted to flee. If he were to flee and use guerilla tactics against Qing Hu they'd be f'd.
