Arriving back at New York Kai immediately called his girlfriend's one by one to let them know that he's back.
As he rode the black sedan to head home, Kai was wondering when will the death row Prisoners escape and rampage in Tokyo.
arriving at De Rohan estate and greeting his parents, Kai conversed with his parents then went ahead to rest in his room.
In the next 2 months Kai's routine made up of morning exercises and austerities after which he spent the afternoon and evening with his friends and girlfriends.
Kai's life went with comfort and frequent sex since he now had 5 girlfriends, Kai had to juggle his time with them and creating schedules of dates and bonding time.
The girls headed by a dominating Alexandra decided that it's best for group dates and a lot of sex which led to Kai always drained in the evening.
As Kai was busy humping Katie's petite body, his cellphone rang,Kai reaching into it while simultaneously covering her mouth answered the call.
"Hey!! Kai got time tomorrow?" the voice on the other side that sounded like Marco called.
"Sure, urrgghh what time and place?" Kai says while grunting as Katie climaxed who bit his hand and tightened her grip on Kai's pole.
"Meet me at a nightclub at little russia, the one named Ruski's blackout at 167 boulevard street, afternoon got it?" Marco gave the address before hanging up.
"Well that's rude of him" Kai says then tossing his phone at the nightstand.
"Shall we spice things up, my little Katie" Kai said as he stared at Katie's glazed eyes who after tasting an explosive orgasm looked cloudy as she stared back.

As Kai entered the room and looked around, he could see a bunch of armed men with old men in their center.
"Hello, The Demon King of New York has arrived" Marco announced which made all the people present turn their attention towards Kai.
"Hey" Kai wave his hand towards the people, evaluating the people Kai could see some of them are as tall as him with brawn's to match.
"Demon King!! come here, we had a very concerning subject to discuss" Santorini called out in the center of the crowd which illicited a nod from the old men.
As Kai approach Santorini, he was instead directed at a long table which he was soon followed by Santorini and the old men.
"This is Ennio Salieri of the Italian's" Santorini introduced a plump gray haired man on his right who tip a hat at him.
"This one is Viggo Tarasov of the Russians" Santorini introduced a tall stocky built man smoking a cigar who nod at Kai.
"The guy on Mr. Tarasov left was Pedro Sanchez of the Mexicans" Santorini introduced a thin man with an impressive moustache.
"The guy on Mr. Salieri left was Yu Shi Kwan of the Chinese" Santorini introduced a Chinese old man with long wispy beard.
"On Pedro Sanchez left was Vito Scaletta of the southern Creoles" Santorini introduced a clean shaven man with a nice gray suit.
"And the Man on the far center was Leo Galante chairman of the commission" Santorini finished the introduction of the old men with the frail and very old man.
' Why do these names so familiar, hmmm ' Kai thought as he nodded to all of them.
As Santorini backed away Leo Galante spoked "So you must be the Demon King, the one who can match the Ogre"
"Yes sir" Kai replied.
"Hmmm, you seem to be legit, what's your real name Demon King" Leo says eyeing him seriously.
"Real name's Kai, Charlie Kai Lindbergh De Rohan, So what's this concerning subject" says Kai as the gathered old men looked serious at the mention of it.
"We will get to it, so you're one of those French magnates, we are the commission and I welcome you Kai the Demon King" Leo says which all of those present nod.
"Thanks, I guess" Kai replied back flashing a smile.
"Anyway do you know what we are Kai?" Leo ask.
"the association that is comprised of large crime organization in north and central America" Kai answered which received a nod of respect from the old men.
"So you do know, hmmm, we are more than that Kai, the commission controls the underground of america, we regulate and mediate between the crime organizations inside america, we worked with the CIA to maintain security and balance in the continent" Leo informed Kai which surprised him.
' So I'm in the presence of the most powerful men in america, alright maybe I'll squeeze some benefits out of this ' Kai thought as Leo continued.
"So the very concerning subject we are to discuss relates to the security of america as well as payback for the disrespect garnered by this subject" Leo pulling a cigar from a box underneath him.
"Alright, I'm listening" Kai replied.
"Good,good, You see we had people in the inside the school and a lot of people escaped Detention, some very concerning people" Leo spoke with serious tone after exhaling the smoke.
"So you wanted me, to put them back?" Kai catching all the gangster euphemism Leo used.
"More than that, we wanted you to teach them some extra lessons, Lessons they'll never forget" Leo with a determined tone added.
"Sure, who are they anyway" Kai feeling sorry about the people this guy's wanted cripple or gone.
"Dave, pass him the papers" Leo ordered which had Santorini give a little stack of documents to Kai.
Scanning the documents he could see the files of Dorian,Spec, Sikorsky, and Doyle.
From their birth certificate to criminal records which is vast enough for Kai to just skim about.
As Kai finished with the papers he asked " This is some impressive and dangerous people, Can I ask why don't you just hire some people" Kai questioned which had the people inside the room grimacing.
"It's not like we haven't done that before, all of the people we sent was killed, we tried hiring Biscuit Oliver but it turned nasty with him capturing the envoys and Yujiro Hanma being too expensive for our taste" Leo explained which had Kai understanding the situation.
"That's why, we came to you, they say you're the equal of the Ogre in terms of strength and power, in exchange for your services we will be very grateful to you and you shall have the respect of every crime organization under the commission" Leo added detailing his rewards should he accepts.
"Sure, but I wanted to have a guarantee that this respect extended to my family and friends" Kai added which had Leo accepting the added condition.
"Our sources say that they are all headed towards Tokyo Japan, I'll leave it to you Kai" Leo says with respect as he left followed by the old men sitting then the people.
"Thanks Kai, we won't forget this" Santorini says as leave.
Left in the room Kai began to read all of the files in front of him, ' Damn these guys criminal records stacked ' Kai thought as he read the crimes committed by the death row criminals.
From Destruction of property to massacre Kai could understand that they should be killed, the criminals in the Baki series are total psychopaths although it had Kai wondering why Yanagi wasn't in the request from the mobsters.
As Kai headed home after talking with Marco, he scanned the documents of the death row criminals given to him by the mobs.

Kai after reading this immediately was immediately called by Strydum who told him on the phone that it's urgent.
"Hello Strydum, what's up" Kai greeted Strydum on the phone.
"Kai, the US had need of your expertise and skills right now, do you have time?" Strydum urgently says on the phone.
"hmmm, tommorow I'll be free, picked me up at noon at De Rohan estate" Kai told the Strydum who managed to say "Wai.." before Kai cut the call and stuff his phone on his pockets before continuing to read.

[Next day]
As Kai finished his morning routine, a bunch of federal agents with soldiers came at De Rohan estate alarming Kai's parents as well as the people living in it.
Baring entry by De Rohan personal security force, Strydum had to call Kai in his phone before being allowed inside the estate.
As Strydum arrive at the De Rohan mansion, Kai greeted him with "Hey Strydum, Why the federal force and soldiers? you know it's not good for the heart especially for my parents to suddenly appear with those kind of people"
"Sorry, but it's urgent, can we talk?" Strydum briskly says as he approached Kai.
"too much seriousness is bad for the health also, why don't you mellow out, chill" Kai jokingly says which had Strydum sighing.
After reassuring Kai's parents that it's only for government work and Kai was needed by the country, Kai's parents could only cast a concerning gaze while Kai himself gave a smile and thumbs up at them which had them worrying.
Left alone in the receiving room with Strydum, Kai started with "So what had you rushing?"
"Do you know of the recent breakouts of the most dangerous Prisoners from around the world?" Strydum replied.
"Yeah, it's quite a mainstream topic nowadays" Kai teased which had Strydum sighing again.
"Well this is an opportunity for you, to prove yourself valuable to the higher-ups, all you had to do was capture Spec and Dorian and the fools in the high seat shall let me acquire the necessary funding to create the task force" Strydum informed Kai.
"Hmm, ain't there 5 of them? why do they only wanted Spec and Dorian?" Kai asked why does the US government only want those 2 back.
Scratching his head Strydum reasoned out "It's more like a cover up, you see this debacle questioned the security of the maximum security prisons of the US and they don't want that, that's why we'll be sending you to round those two up"
"Alright, so this manhunt for those 2 will be my service proof to shut those objecting my contract with you as well as your proposal to counter Yujiro?" Kai clarified the mission Strydum wanted for him.
"Yes, that's right" Strydum confirmed Kai's interpretation.
"I see, well then give me all the information you had on those 2 as well as the other deadly Prisoners that escaped" Kai accepting the mission ask Strydum for the information about the escapee's.
"Very well, I expect you'll find them sooner or later, although it's best when they've all gathered in Tokyo Japan it's easy that way" Strydum says as he signaled an officer outside.
"Yeah, 1 question, why not send Oliver for this, he's more suited for this since he's been doing this for a long time" Kai asked as a soldier came in bearing a stack of documents.
"The government wanted Oliver as a bargaining chip for the other countries, that's all I can say for now" Strydum replied.
"I'll leave you then, call me when you're ready to round them up, I have a military plane just for your urgent transport, good luck" Strydum bid his farewell before leaving.
With Strydum leaving with his entourage of feds and millitary personnel, Kai's parents entered the receiving room and peppered him with questions about the millitary suddenly appearing.
Answering all of their questions, as well as telling them what the government wanted had Kai's mother fainting while his father with a very concerned tone ask him "Are you sure about this Kai? these are very dangerous people they wanted you to face"
"it's alright father, if I can't defeat them, it'll bring shame to everyone I've won against, which I assume will be so pissed that they'll avenge me" Kai joke which had his father sighing.
"Kai you're a grown man now, I won't dictate what you wanted to do with your life, but at least be aware of those who cared about you, and kick those Prisoners asses for the crimes they did or else I'll ground you" Frederick reprimanded his son while also joking at the end.
Kai going with the flow puffed his chest while saying proudly "Of course, no homicidal inmate can defeat me, the Demon King of New York"
That declaration made Kai's father Frederick laughing before asking Kai to help his mother to their bedroom.

[Next day]
After Kai informed his girlfriend's of his mission all of them put a concerning plea of him to not go.
Placating them that he'll never lose only concerned them enough that they threatened Kai with suicide if he ever die.
Kai surprised with how much they love him couldn't help but feel butterflies at those declaration of love.
After making love to them, Kai put tremendous effort in studying the prisoners that'll soon come to Tokyo and apparently all of them beside from Doyle who hired a private plane are walking and swimming towards Tokyo.
For a while after Kai studied their past and crimes as well as their trademarks for murder, Kai had already marked the Prisoners from the most difficult and deadly to the most reasonable and easily defeatable ones.
The first and most dangerous and incredibly difficult one would be Dorian, since the guy was a Kaioh a master of Kenpo martial arts, a very good psychologist and a very skilled soldier.
Adding Kai's knowledge from his past life, Dorian easily takes the Cake in being the most dangerous one, Kai dubbed him as a homicidal version of Doraemon with a mentality of Nobita who doesn't know the suffering he had inflicted.
The second would be Spec as the guy had a giant and incredible physic and even at the very old age of 97, he's easily capable of smashing concrete walls and bending steel as if they are rubber.
The guy also had an arrogant mentality which stemmed from his experience, He also had the brawn's and speed to match which had him contending with Dorian in a deadly aspect of things, He only lost to Dorian since he hadn't bothered learning martial arts and relied too much on brute strength.
The third would be Yanagi with his deadly proficiency with weapons as well as his martial art: way of the void and his poisoned right hand made him a dangerous one but not too dangerous.
Since he has little stature he compensated it by his mastery of martial arts and his right hand which is infused with lethal poison due to undertaking a special ritual.
overall Ryuukou Yanagi wasn't much of a threat if you've outmatched his fighting style as well as removing his poisoned right hand.
The least dangerous amongst them would be Doyle and Sikorsky with the former being a Hitman that could be paid or reasoned with while Sikorsky only redeeming trait would be his spidermanlike palms and impressive athletic abilities.
As Kai waited for the Prisoners to appear he spent his time with his love ones while honing his fighting style Demon art : God Slayer, since he wanted to be prepared to fight dirty and kill without remorse.
After 2 weeks of waiting, while Kai was wielding his Katana gifted to him by Motobe which he named Kindness, He was greeted with the news of Spec appearing and assaulting Baki.
Quickly packing his weapons and bidding farewell to his love ones, Kai called Strydum "Hey Strydum, it's seems that the people you wanted back has appeared, kindly prep my VIP Transpo I'll be going to Tokyo"
Smiling Kai ordered his schafeur to take him to the nearest millitary base after Strydum gave him the address.

Author here you might noticed that I've put some major characters in the Mafia game as well as some known factions of crime organizations such as Mexican cartels,triads, the Russians, and the Italian's anyway they wanted the 4 prisoners dead or crippled in exchange for favor and respect.
