16 Memory
I saw my driver waiving at me as soon as i stepped out.
I got into the car, finally able to put my heavy bag down. Everything is same as usual… what's with this off feeling? Maybe i forgot something at school… maybe.
I can't think of anything else then that. Forget it, I can just get it tomorrow if i forgot something. It would be too rude to tell my driver to turn around when we're already half-way home.
Our house isn't taken care of it well, our back pool… nobody goes into that, making it filled with insects and… my dad cares enough to get a driver, but no one to do housework. I entered the house and turned on the light, hanging my backpack where I usually do. I boiled some water to cook- (ramen) the sound of our front door opening echoed. Nether my mom or dad should be here though? "Mom?" I called out as I reached the living room. I was right, it was my mom… crying. My days never change.

cold sweat covered me as I open my mouth, "I… there isn't anything wrong with him." I tried my best to not make my voice shake as I said that.
"If… he doesn't wake up…" Noah didn't need to continue his words for me to notice… his glare was already enough

Help meeeeeee!!!!!!! We ran to the stairs, trying to run away from those monsters.

The rusty old stairs… fell.

I swear my life flashed by for a moment… and I also swear his heart stopped…. So why did he suddenly sit up like it was nothing?!
"….." Rei only sat on his bed, saying nothing.
Than, he smiled. Something about his smile sent chills…
I was about to get closer to him to check his health- when Noah grabbed my shirt. "?'"
I turned back and saw that Noah's face was dark. He glared at Rei. Wasn't he telling me do save him just a moment ago? Why is he now looking at him as if he want to kill him?
"Aw… you shouldn't glare at people like that~" Rei's smile only got larger and larger.
"Who are you?" Noah said while gritting his teeth.
Than, Rei lifted his hands up.
?! Ah... am i the only one not getting what's going on? The room's right wall suddenly shattered, dozens of black-virus-monster rushing in as if they waited for this. Noah grabbed the scissor right next to me and lunged at Rei. Knocking him out.
That gave me a weird feeling… as if the final boss came out but got defeated in less than one chapter…

(Rei's POV)
I took another step, but a feeling as if someone hitting me with a whole tree came from my back. My sights turned black.
What greeted me this time were the blinding sight of the shelters light. "Huh?" Were there a memory like this? Wait, memory? Between my confused thoughts, Someone hugged me from behind. "Noah?"
Noah became calm after hearing Rei say his name. His tense shoulder finally relaxing.
"Did something happened while I was out?"
"Nothing…. Just that it stopped raining.
"Oh, it only stopped rainIng- wait wha-"
"Your heart stopped for a moment… do you know how worried I was?"
My heart stopped for a moment? That's probably why the rain stopped…

Weeeeee we're falling. To our death.
I blacked out for a moment but got woken up by the sunlight- sunlight?! I already found out my eyes were fine so… the sunlight isn't an imagination for sure. But… I'm not dead after falling from that height? The squishy thing below me… "can you perhaps, go down?"
William's muffled voice came from below me. I looked up and saw that we only fell like 3 inch. Blackie's friends were gone, I'll probably guess it has something to do with the sun…
