I've read up until chapter 6 and now on chapter 7 and I could say that the story is really in-depth and very descriptive. As a piece of literary art, this could very well go for the first prize! But as a novel, having too much description can be a double-edged weapon. There were times when I skimmed through the descriptions and just read the main plot points and I still could follow through. I wouldn't say you're writing is not for novels because that would insult myself as well. As a novelist, I aspire to write as descriptively as you, you know ehehe. But when it comes to novel, one should keep in mind that every reader here just read to pass the time and escape from work, a majority even read on the go. That's why, you can't put too much details without advancing the story as much as you descriptively depict it. In other words, finding the balance of descriptions, scene-building, dialogue, and story-advancement is what would help with this book the most. I also noticed that your chapters are a bit too long. When I first started writing in webnovel, my editor advised me to cut my chapters short because my chapters were 4k words long. He said having a chapter with 1k to 1.5k words increases the valid reads by a lot. Of course, you don't have to go through my advice and follow your original writing style. Let me put this out real quick, you're talented, and your writing style is amazing! But you can garner more readers with that talent by finding the balance. That's all for my review. I'm adding this to my library because it's a good reference novel. (Yes, I love your descriptions :) )

The first thing that caught my eye was the writing style. It's immensely descriptive and very well conveys what the MC is thinking. You get hooked from the first chapter and it only gets better from there. The world-building is amazing and the characters as well as the pace of the story fit perfectly. A very great and interesting novel you should definitely read!

Wow! I am really impressed!! The author has such a fantastically descriptive was of writing, it really immersive and I felt so drawn in to the story and the characters. I love some good extended metaphors, witty dialogue, and very colloquial narration, it all makes for a really enjoyable reading experience. I would really recommend this to anyone, it's too good a quality book not to be read. Amazing job author!

Very well done story. Rating system on here is really dumb imo and cant give a very accurate analysis. Anyway, let me just say that the writing is very unique and the character has a nice tragic/melodramatic personality. Great metaphors and a really thorough and thought out thinking process from the MC. The paragraphs and information can drone on a bit, but that just comes with the writing style. The chapters seem to be little short on information. Don't know whether that was intended, but it hinders the readability in my opinion. This would also affect the readers if you ever went premium. Overall, however, I definitely like the story and would recommend anyone to give it a test read.

A story that includes mystery and adventure, this would be soo great to binge read. There were no errors in the author's writing, its immersive. Intriguing title and synopsis too, give this a read everyone!

Starts with solid worldbuilding. It could be a little slow but I think the 1st person Pov works wonders here. I'd have honestly preferred a little more fast-paced novel but I guess that's the author's choice and I can't say anything, about that. What I can say though is that this novel is good and hopefully the author would keep it updated.

It's a very meaty story. I really like how in depth the main characters thought process is and how he analyzes the situation so thoroghly. I can't wait to see more of the world he's in what the challenges are going to be. I'm glad however that basic language barriers are going to be one of them instead of it just being written over like in most fantasy books

I fully recommend this. The world is very interesting and captured my attention immediately. There is a lot of mystery and it's done very well. And the main character himself is probably the best written genius character I've seen! Definitely check it out!

The synopsis is good. It just gives the basic information and made me curious to read this book. The MC is a genius. He is in league of his own. From the beginning he will depend on his own brain to understand this new world he is in. I love this type of characters. Hope to see more of this!!!

It's been a while since I read a novel in first person. This took me back. I really enjoyed the read. The protagonist is very smart! I loved how very detective-like she was when the story first started and it actually hooked me in. It was as though I was watching the story play as I read. The story is very detailed, well paced, and easy to read. If you're looking for a story with great english, vivid imagery and a fantasy novel with a unique plot and strong willed protagonist, I highly recommend this!
