Infinite

Azriel finally opened his eyes, feeling awed by what he saw. He was standing at an entrance to what seemed like a village. "Tsk. Things never change, the same old beginning village."

Without wasting time, Azriel kept on walking around observing everything he could.

He managed to see some players amidst the NPCs. But it was only then he realized how realistic and casual the NPCs acted.

One could even make a friend with one and not have clunky conversations, rather a lively one!

Which was nothing but surprising.

Azriel saw the brick houses having wooden ceilings. He also managed to spot some blacksmiths and pill stores.

However, Azriel mainly followed the green line in his line of sight. It turned red when he deviated, and reverted back to green when he was on the right path.

He knew it was directing him to somewhere good. Like an awakening place or something.

He wasn't entirely sure, but he had played a good chunk of games in his life of loneliness and self pity.

He didn't have much friends, thus he often gamed and read light novels and mange in his free time.

The path Azriel was walking on was clean, although it was out of soil and dirt.

After a while of walking, Azriel finally arrived at the place he was searching for.

It was quite a large building with two floors. He could tell that most players were going in and out of the building due to the amount of groups forming around the entrance.

He walked calmly, not really knowing what laid beyond the wooden double doors of the large building.

He pushed it open, having a strange smell assault his nostrils. It wasn't bad, however he couldn't tell what it was.

"Hello, I am guessing your looking for a teacher to train you, no?" A neatly dressed young man appeared beside him.

"Actually, I don't know what my art is." Azriel replied, expecting him to say something.

"Really? Have you not checked your status?" The young man said raising an eyebrow.

'I completely forgot about that…' Azriel wryly smiled before answering. "I simply forgot."

"Let me check." Azriel said. Uttering 'status' afterward.

[Talent: Divine]

'It's rather small…' Azriel thought looking at his status. 'Wait, it says infinite!?'

He thought for a bit before asking the young man something.

"How many arts does the average person have?"

The young man's eyes flashed, before he calmly answered. A bit of excitement in his voice. Since Azriel was asking this question, he had to have at least 2 arts!

"The average person has 1, the rare ones have 2, the genius ones have 3, the blessed ones have 4, and the ones loved by heaven have 5. There has been no information of having more than 5. It's practically unheard of." The young man explained.

'If that's the case, I have an unlimited amount of arts I can use!' Azriel thought, before hitting the young man with another question.

"How many arts are there?" he inquired.

"Well, actually, there hasn't been any shortage of arts. New ones keep popping in the new generation, thus the Divine Arts are certainly endless. Even a common maid art is divine if trained enough. Not even putting into account the rare ones." The young man said confidently.

It took Azriel a few moments to realize what this implied. He could do anything!

Every single art the world had to offer!

This alone made Azriel feel as of he was already a pro player. If heavenly loved ones had 5, what was he termed as!?

The one above the heavens!?

Although Azriel didn't know much about the game, just he knowing he could more arts than others was a cheat code in his mind.

A hack no one other than him could use!

Suddenly, Azriel felt like he could do anything. A god of sorts. A god of this game! A god that no one could surpass!

A fire of determination burned on Azriel's eyes.

The young man was startled seeing this, but shook his head. He didn't want to meddle in his affairs.

Azriel walked pass the young man, leaving him in the dust. As for talent, he didn't need to ask since he already knew.

It was how fast one could level up their arts!

Just the word divine, sent waves of ecstasy into his mind. It was like a drug.

As soon as Azriel walked forward, he saw several stands.

Several people ranging from old to young looking, stood infront of a pillar.

"If I have to guess these are the masters of their arts."

Azriel moved a certain range before he stopped, after hearing the person on the first pillar declare.

"If you have an art that matches whoever is on the pillar, join that person.

If you don't, it means you have a rare art which can be used after certain requirements!"

Azriel nodded. And suddenly, neon words appeared on everyone's pillar—each of them, an art.

On the first person's pillar, the neon symbols formed, Alchemist.

'Interesting.' Azriel thought gazing at the others.

<Blacksmith>

<Swordsman>

<Musician>

<Teaher>

<Business worker>

<Medic>

<Bodyguard>

….

Azriel was quite shocked after looking at all of them. For him, he didn't have to compulsory go to the art, rather he had to chose.

After all, he had infinite arts.

But one art, stood out from the rest.
