Armament haki and upgrades

Arthur was running across trees like a true shinobi, His red eyes slowly spinning with 2 tomoes !

Half an hour ago

"Lottery spin" Arthur smiled, the rewards for the 1st lottery spin were outstanding

"Let's see what you got this time" Arthur smiled while checking the rewards

"Armament haki, Kamish breath, 8 gates, Hands of Celestial Sapien ! "

"Hands of Celestial sapien! does that mean I will get the hands of alien X! "

"Kamish breath! is that the existence erasing breath of the Dragon monarch! "

"8 gates! "

Arthur's excitement was through the roof, with such powers, he could become neigh omnipotent in this world! he couldn't wait any longer and pressed spin button praying in his heart for the alien x hands like a little kid wishing for his favorite toy on a Christmas Eve.

*Ting* the spin stopped and the arrow landed on 'armament haki'.

"Shit! " Arthur was livid as if the system was mocking him, showing all these awesome powers that he couldn't obtain.

"Haaah.. Well at least armament haki is very versatile" Arthur consoled himself, don't get him wrong, armament haki was a very strong skill but compared to the other powers, calling it lacking will be an understatement.

"Is that all you got!? " Arthur was taunting a grey wolf.

The wolf responded by lunging towards Arthur but surprisingly Arthur didn't evade

The wolf's razor like canines broke when it touched Arthur's skin which was now covered with a black coating.

*Whimper* the wolf cried but not for long since Arthur hit it with an armament haki infused punch

*BANG! * The ground cracked and the wolf exploded into a gooey mess.

"My strength should be around a high chunin now" Arthur mumbled

"Time to go back" he remarked with an excited smile while looking at the setting sun.

*Whoosh* he vanished as he was now Naruto running at the speed of sound

Due to his 2 T sharingan, he was not suffering any tunel vision so he could easily navigate through the forest.

Within minutes he reached the holy lake.

Arthur could see a figure meditating near the coastline of the holy lake, as he moved closer,

he could see that tom was cultivating his water arts

"Looks like he is back to normal" Arthur smiled

*Whooooshhh* the holy lake suddenly started vibrating and the lake's water started orbiting around Tom, Tom who was at the centre of the commotion suddenly started floating up.

"What's happening? " tom asked the encyclopedia bewildered

*That's the phenomenon of breaking into foundation establishment realm, those at the foundation establishment realm can levitate and even fly for a while if they have learnt a flying movement skill*

"He is breaking through! " Arthur was surprised by this pleasant event. Their chances of survival were much greater now.

Tom opened his eyes which were now glowing with some holy light.

"I can't believe that I directly broke through to level 8 of the foundation establishment realm" Tom said in joy

"You are quite talented" Arthur complemented Tom which caught Tom by surprised since he didn't notice Arthur due to his joy from breaking through

Tom smiled at Arthur and he could see that the youth was overflowing with vital essence, the life energy, Tom was noticing many things which he previously couldn't due to his low body forging realm. He could finally see how powerful the youth in front of him was.

"You are more of a monster compared to me! " Tom smiled.

Arthur laughed,

"Can you show me your water arts? " Arthur asked as he wanted to confirm something

"Sure! " Tom answered in delight as he also wanted to confirm his new found strength.

"Tidal slash! " Tom slashed his sword towards the lake and a high pressurized water emerged from Tom's sword, the strength and range were completely different from his previous tidal slash but what caught both of them off gaurd was that Tom's attack was now glowing with holy light!

"Looks like you have gained the holy light attribute! Your meditation near this lake has benefitted you greatly." Arthur said in delight

Tom eyes were filled with shocked, he smiled widely and clenched his fist, "With this power, I will surely avenge you Carlos" Tom whispered softly

"Let's eat dinner first! we have to be in our top form to escape this forest! " Arthur said which caught Tom off guard.

"What? escape? " Tom asked

"You possibly couldn't be thinking about fighting the demonic cultivator with our current strength right? " Arthur asked in seriousness

"We can't just run away like cowards! I haven't avenge Carlos yet ! " Tom shouted in denial

"Run to fight another day " Arthur said seriously but Tom was still in denial

"I can't! with my holy attribute water arts, we can kill him! " Tom shouted

"Are you hearing what you just said!? the demonic cultivator can be in the realms of innate realm! " Arthur tried to reason but he knew his words were falling in deaf ears, Tom was possessed by vengeance, He saw his little brother and his friends getting killed by that demonic cultivator, the amount of hatred he carried, Arthur couldn't even comprehend it but he has to speak reason unless Tom walks into his own demise.

"Fight me" Arthur said out of nowhere

"What? " Tom asked in suprise

"If you can land even a scratch on me then we will follow your plan" Arthur put up his condition
