Shikaku knew that Danzo might try to escape, so he wasted no time using the Shadow Possession Jutsu on Danzo. The Hokage could only nod solemnly at this turn of events.

In a fit of desperation, Danzo shouted at Hiruzen, the current Hokage. "You can't do this!" But Shikaku paid him no mind as he used his fingers to forcibly remove the bandages covering Danzo's right eye. it was revealed to everyone in the room that Danzo's right eye was a bright red color with three Tomoe swirling within it - a Sharingan.

As Danzo's right eye was revealed to be a sharingan, a wave of shock and tension swept through the room. Kaito couldn't help but feel a slight smile tug at his lips, now that it was evident that Danzo possessed the coveted dojutsu. In front of Shikaku and Fugaku, Kaito knew that if it were solely up to the Hokage, Danzo would go unpunished.

But deep down, Kaito hoped for a different outcome. He thought to himself, "Hopefully, Danzo will finally be shut down for good."

The gasp beside him drew Kaito's attention. It was Hotaru, visibly taken aback by the revelation. She took a step back, her eyes wide with disbelief.

Kaito understood her reaction all too well. The sharingan was a highly sought-after ability in the shinobi world just like the byakugan. To see one of Konoha's elders resort to killing their own comrade for their eyes was shocking enough. But considering Hotaru's recent kidnapping by Kumogakure, it only added to the horror of the situation.

Hotaru knew all too well that if her kidnapping had been successful, her byakugan may have been plucked out and given to a Kumo shinobi. The thought made her shudder, seeing her reaction kaito reached out and took Hotaru's hand, offering comfort.

Turning his gaze to Itachi, who stood silently by their side with his fist clenched tightly, Kaito couldn't help but think, "Maybe this will finally make Itachi realize that the Hokage and his advisors only care about themselves and not the village or the Uchiha clan."

Beside Itachi stood Fugaku Uchiha, his typically stoic face twisted into a mask of anger. His Sharingan eyes spun rapidly, embers of fury flickering within them. Fugaku knew all too well that the main person responsible for the isolation and mistreatment of their clan was none other than Danzo himself. And now, seeing that same man standing before him with a Sharingan eye, it only served to further enrage him.

Koharu gasped in shock at the sight of Danzo, her wide eyes fixed on him in disbelief. "Danzo... you're the masked man?" she exclaimed.

Homura's mouth fell open in shock as well, his own widened eyes locked onto Danzo. "Could it be?" he murmured.

At the mention of the possibility, Kaito shook his head with amusement. "While he may fit the description of the masked man, he is not the one," he stated confidently. "Other than having a Sharingan in his right eye, Danzo-san is far weaker than the masked man. He wouldn't have stood a chance against my father if they were to fight. not that the masked man did"

Danzo's glare intensified at Kaito's words, but before he could retort, Kaito continued. "And this only proves my point that the masked man could have obtained his Sharingan from someone else, like Danzo-san here." With that statement, Kaito had effectively labeled Danzo as a weakling.

The tension in the air thickened as Danzo's eyes narrowed even further at Kaito's blatant insult. The air between them crackled with animosity and resentment.

Kaito's conmtinued . "You remember two year ago when you snuck up on me when i was training and said that you could heal my mother in exchange for me to join you? back then I sensed there was something different about your right eye, but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Today, I recognized it as the Sharingan and remembered my father telling me that Kakashi was the only one allowed to possess it outside of the Uchiha clan. thats why I had to confirm it with Fugaku-sama."

As Kaito spoke, he only added more fuel to the flames of suspicion surrounding Danzo. He revealed how Danzo had also tried to recruit him by promising to heal his mother, Kushina.

Shikaku muttered a single word - "troublesome" - as his eyes narrowed at Danzo, still holding him tightly in his Shadow Possession jutsu. he was already aware of Danzo's involvement in kumo's attempted kidnapping of hotaru, But now, he learned that Danzo had also attempted to recruit Kaito into Root. Shikaku's mind raced. He knew that Danzo was behind many shady dealings and schemes within Konoha, he also knew that danzo was the one who insisted on keeping a close watch on the Uchiha clan by isolation them.

Fugaku's intense gaze shifted from the third Hokage to Danzo, his voice laced with anger and demand. "Hokage-sama, I demand an explanation." Hiruzen knew that Kaito's accusation against Danzo possessing the Sharingan held some truth. He had tried to brush it off as a misunderstanding and handle it privately to protect his best friend's reputation, but now with Shikaku and Fugaku present, he had to save face. They demanded to see Danzo's bandaged right eye, and Hiruzen knew he couldn't keep covering for him.

Hiruzen also knew that Kaito was right in Danzo's doesn't possess the strength and ability to be the masked man.

But when Fugaku demanded an explanation, Hiruzen could only turn to Danzo and ask in a commanding tone, "Explain yourself, Danzo. How and why do you possess the Sharingan?" After all, he was the Hokage and needed to uphold his authority. The disappointment was visible on Hiruzen's face as he looked at his friend.

Danzo maintained a stoic expression, but his eyes were burning with anger as he shouted back, "I did it for Konoha! You know the Uchiha can't be trusted after the Nine-Tails attack. We need a counter measure against something like that." His justification echoed through the room as tensions rose.

As Danzo's explanation only fueled Fugaku's anger, his knuckles turned white as he clenched his fists. Before anyone could interject, Kaito spoke up with a pointed remark, "If you truly did this for the sake of the village, then your actions would have spoken for themselves." He shook his head in disapproval and continued, "You did this out of greed and used 'for the village' as nothing more than an excuse." Kaito even made air quotes when mentioning Danzo's supposed justification.

The satisfaction of exposing Danzo was evident on Kaito's face as he thought to himself, "This is proper payback, bitch."

Danzo was about to retort, but Hiruzen interrupted before he could dig himself deeper. "That's enough," he bellowed, glaring at Kaito before turning his attention back to Danzo. "Danzo, I can no longer allow you to act on your own authority. As of this moment, you are relieved of your duties as second in command of ANBU and will be placed under house arrest. You must also return the stolen Sharingan to the Uchiha clan."

Danzo tried to protest with "but hiruzen I did this…", but Hiruzen cut him off firmly with, "That is final, Danzo." His voice was both tender and commanding.

Danzo stood there seething with hatred towards Hiruzen before turning his razor-sharp gaze on Kaito. Meanwhile, Shikaku had released his shadow possession jutsu upon receiving a nod from the Hokage.

Hiruzen called out, "Tora!" and an ANBU kneeled before him. The Hokage gave his orders with authority, "Remove the Sharingan from Danzo and return it to Fugaku."

The ANBU swiftly removed the stolen eye from Danzo's socket and handed it over to a angry Fugaku. With one last venomous glare at Kaito, Danzo stormed out.

Turning to Team 11 and Fugaku, Hiruzen addressed them with a tone that brooked no argument. "You are dismissed."

Though Fugaku was seething with anger at how easily Danzo had been allowed to walk away, he couldn't voice his dissatisfaction in front of the Hokage and simply bowed before leaving, taking Itachi with him after nodding to Shikaku.

Shikaku also bowed respectfully before escorting Kaito and Hotaru out of the office. As they left the Hokage building, Shikaku created a shadow clone and sent Hotaru off with it to explain what had transpired to the Hyuga clan head.

Shikaku led Kaito deep to thier usual training ground. Shikaku's mind raced as he thought about what could have possibly possessed his student to do something so reckless and dangerous.

"You did that on purpose," Shikaku finally spoke sternly, his gaze fixed on Kaito." What you did was reckless and stupid. Now you have made an enemy of one of the most dangerous men in Konoha."

Kaito met his sensei's gaze unflinchingly. "You know that what I did was right, sensei," he replied calmly. "The Hokage and his advisor have been cornering the Uchiha clan since the Nine-Tails attack. If they continue, it will lead to the Uchiha clan staging a coup d'état. And you know I'm right."

Shikaku let out a sigh, running his hand through his hair in frustration. "Troublesome," he muttered under his breath. "You know he will come after you and your loved ones, right?"

Kaito nodded solemnly. "He already has, sensei," he admitted. "I know he was the one who spread rumors about my mom, and I know he leaked the Hyuga clan's layout to the Kumo envoy. And I know it was anbu under him who attacked me and Hotaru that night."

Shikaku's eyebrows shot up in surprise. He had suspected all of this but didn't expect Kaito to be so aware of everything. "Then you need to be prepared for what's to come," he said gravely. "Meet me at our usual training ground tomorrow morning."

Kaito nodded. As he body flickered away towards home, he couldn't help but think about how he would break the news to his mother.
