"If that is all, you may leave," Hiruzen said dismissively as he waved his hand.

As Shikaku was about to led team 11 out of the room, Kaito couldn't resist making one last request. "Actually, Hokage-sama, I have a favor to ask," he said.

Hiruzen's brows rose in curiosity as he asked, "Hmmm, what might that be, Kaito-kun?" AS Danzo's sneer only grew more pronounced.

"stop isolating the Uchiha clan," Kaito asked boldly, causing Shikaku to mutter, "Troublesome," while rubbing his face in frustration.

Kaito's request for the Uchiha clan to stop being isolated silenced the room, the tension thick and suffocating. Shikaku muttered a frustrated "troublesome" as he heard his student's request, knowing this would not end well. Itachi's eyes widened in shock, not expecting his friend to openly confront the village higher-ups with such a sensitive topic. Hotaru's eyes mirrored his, her jaw tightening with unease.

The Third Hokage, Danzo, Koharu, and Homura all narrowed their eyes at Kaito's bold request, their disapproval palpable. Just as the Hokage was about to speak, Danzo cut in with a sneering comment. "Such matters do not concern you, Genin Uzumaki," he spat, sending a hostile glare towards Kaito.

Kaito's kept a calm facade as he thought to himself, "Of course the bastard who caused this issue would speak first." maintaining his composure and met the third Hokage and his advisor's gaze. "It concerns me if it goes against my father's sacrifice to protect this village... Elder Shimura," he said defiantly.

As Danzo opened his mouth to retort to Kaito's accusation, the third Hokage Hiruzen interrupted with a calm voice. "What evidence do you have to support your claim that the village is isolating the Uchiha clan, Kaito-kun?"

Kaito met the Hokage's gaze. "I know for a fact that after the nine-tailed fox attack, the Uchiha clan was forced to relocate to a corner of the village. They are under constant surveillance by the ANBU and the Konoha elder council. I could sense the ANBU stationed on every tower surrounding their compound. And let's not forget the rumors about the sharingan being seen in the eyes of the nine-tails during that fateful night. It has been going on for three years now.

He paused, his gaze flickering towards Danzo, knowing full well that Danzo was likely responsible for spreading those rumors. before returning to meet Hiruzen's steady stare. "You guys are not that subtle, ya know?" he added with a touch of bitterness,

"If I, an outsider who rarely visits them, can sense their isolation and monitoring, imagine how they must feel knowing they are isolated by the very village their ancestor helped create and protect," Kaito asked

The elder council member Koharu chimed in, her voice stern and no-nonsense. "We had valid reasons for keeping an eye on the Uchiha clan, especially since both you and your mother have confirmed that the masked man does possess a sharingan. It would be reckless to ignore such a threat within our own village."

"This isn't the first time we've dealt with an Uchiha causing issues," Danzo persisted, "This has happened before with Uchiha Madara."

So you're willing to punish an entire clan based on one individual who may not even be a part of that clan?" Kaito retorted, his voice tinged with disbelief. "Even after Mom told you she had not sensed the masked man in the village before?"

"And let us not forget that the Uchiha clan stood by the village during Madara's attack," he continued, addressing Danzo directly. "Even Shikaku-sensei agrees that the masked man is not from our village."

Kaito turned to look at Shikaku, who let out a sigh and nodded in agreement. "What a drag, Hokage-sama, but I have to agree with Kaito on this." Shikaku chimed in lazily. "The Uchiha clan is feeling increasingly agitated and mistrusted by the village. Alienating them further will only breed more resentment. and from what I've seen The masked man doesn't seem like a member of the Uchiha clan living in the village"

Danzo's piercing gaze shifted between Kaito and Shikaku, his expression grim. "Even so, we have no real proof of the masked man's is not from the uchiha clan," he declared. "The village cannot afford to take any unnecessary risks."

Kaito's eyes narrowed as he locked gazes with Danzo. "Isn't taking unnecessary risks your specialty, elder Danzo?" he sneered, his tone dripping with disdain.

Danzo's lips curled into a sneer. "Watch your tongue, boy. Being the son of the fourth Hokage does not give you permission to speak to your superiors in such a disrespectful manner."

Kaito could feel the tension rising in the room, but he knew that this confrontation would not solve anything.

Hiruzen spoke up, his voice commanding. "Kaito, your concerns are valid, but we cannot ignore the potential threat posed by the masked man being affiliated with the Uchiha clan."

Kaito gritted his teeth, but stood his ground. "I understand the need for caution, but condemning an entire clan based on mere suspicions and rumors is not a solution for ensuring the village's safety," he argued.

Danzo scoffed dismissively. "You speak of safety, yet you fail to see the gravity of this situation. The potential involvement of the Uchiha clan with the masked man cannot be ignored. We must take decisive action for the sake of Konoha, even if it means sacrificing freedoms of a few."

Frustration boiled inside Kaito as he glared at Danzo with narrowed eyes. Kaito collected himself and thought, "You think I'm stupid, Danzo? I know your end goal. And I'll make sure you don't leave this room in one piece."

Turning to Hiruzen, he requested, "Lord Third, could you summon Fugaku-sama here? There is something I need to confirm with him regarding this issue."

With a sigh of understanding, Hiruzen replied, "Is that necessary Kaito? I understand your concern."

Kaito interrupted, "Hai, I just need to be sure of something. It's really important."

Hiruzen nodded at seeing Kaito's determined gaze and said, "Very well. Ill allow it"

"thank you hokage sama i promise it will b worth your time "Kaito turned to Itachi, and asked him. "Itachi, could you bring your father here?" Itachi nodded and body flickered away.

But Danzo couldn't hide his disapproval as he shot a glare at Hiruzen and stated, "Hiruzen, you know this is a waste of time."

Homura chimed in with agreement, "I have to side with Danzo on this one. It's simply a waste of time."Even Koharu nodded in agreement.

Sighing once again, Hiruzen spoke up, "Let's hear what he has to ask."

Danzo warned Kaito with a menacing glare, "It better be important, boy. Otherwise, you'll have more than just 2 months of D-rank missions to worry about."

But Kaito simply smiled and assured Danzo, "Oh don't worry. I'm sure it will be worth your time."

After a few minutes, Fugaku and Itachi arrived at the Hokage's office. Fugaku bowed respectfully to the Hokage as he asked, "You called, Hokage-sama?"

The Hokage nodded and addressed Fugaku with a hint of apology in his voice. "I apologize for summoning you on such short notice, Fugaku. But Kaito-kun here has something very important to ask of you," he gestured towards Kaito.

Kaito bowed deeply to Fugaku before speaking. "Forgive me, Fugaku-sama, but there is something I need to confirm with you."

Fugaku nodded at Kaito, giving him permission to ask his question.

Kaito asked, "Has the Uchiha clan given anyone else permission to possess the Sharingan besides Kakashi Hatake?"

Suddenly, Danzo interjected with impatience. "Boy, you are wasting our time."

Hiruzen frowned at Danzo's interruption before turning back to Kaito. "Are you suggesting that the masked man is an outsider?" kaito gesture the hokage to wait.

Noticing Kaito's expectant expression, Fugaku replied firmly, "No one other than Kakashi has been permitted by the Uchiha clan to use the Sharingan."

Kaito rubbed his chin thoughtfully before turning to Danzo with a sly smile. "Then Elder Danzo, care to explain why you have a Sharingan under your covered right eye?" The atmosphere grew tense as all eyes turned towards Danzo for an explanation.
