Not human?

Batman's face held no shock. The only thing that could be noticed was his glare becoming more prominent. He replied, "Where are you getting this information from?"

"I just checked his biology, and it's not of earth. From what I can tell the child also has superhuman capabilities."

Bruce's glare was getting worse and worse the more he heard. He answered back "Strange on the local surveillance cams he suddenly appeared in an alleyway in the middle of your fight with Metallo."

Clark didn't answer back instead he turned towards Lamar asking " Hey kid what's your name?"

The teen replied calmly, "...Lamar"

"Do you remember anything before you appeared in the alleyway?"

Lamar admitted, "No, I can't remember anything only my name."

Superman patted the boy's shoulder and said with a reassuring smile "Your situation is unusual, the league will try our best to help you."

Superman kept an eye on Metallo while talking to Lamar about lighter topics.

He noticed that the kid was not very traumatized by the fight and was very nonchalant. Clark took a mental note of this finding it strange.

After a couple of minutes of conversation, Lamar got a feel for Superman's personality and the things that came to mind were noble and kind. Superman only saw a kid that needed help and that made Lamar very grateful.

Batman spoke up on his comms with Superman announcing "Black canary and Green arrow are arriving to support."

Superman replied "Good."

Lamar looked up into the sky seeing a high-tech ship gliding to their position hovering directly above them.

Two people jumped off the ship landing gracefully on the ground. The first person was a man with an impressive physique. He was wearing green clothes and on his back were a bow and quiver.

The second person was a woman wearing a black outfit with a leather jacket she was very pretty.

They both walked up to superman the man taking the lead saying in a harsh voice "Have fun destroying half the city supes?"

"Ouch!"

The woman behind him slapped him before he continued and said to Clark "what is the situation?"

Superman explained the situation to the pair.

Lamar didn't care he zoned out and was just staring at the destruction of the road. The only thing he was interested in was what Superman had said to Batman.

'I'm an alien?' He thought. He can't remember anything before he woke up but he recalls being human.

The adults approached him after talking, Superman taking the lead explaining "Lamar this is Green Arrow and Black canary. They will be taking you to one of the justice leagues' bases while we figure your situation out."

"Alright." Lamar said with no expression on his face.

Green arrow spoke, "Welp, this kid is another Batman."

The ship lowered to the ground, and the back hatch opened up revealing a very futuristic interior.

'Dang, the ship looks pretty nice' Lamar thought.

Green arrow noticed Lamar's interest, patted him on the back, and said with a smile "You like what you see kid?"

"Yea I have never seen a spaceship before… I think."

"Maybe if you tell us about yourself I'll let you sit in the co-pilot seat, Lamar." said black canary before beginning her walk to the ship.

"Where am I supposed to sit then pretty bird?" Green arrow murmured before getting on the ship with Lamar.

Superman watched them ascend into the sky and fly off. He had to stay and wait for the Military to arrive and watch Metallo. Clark looked at the destroyed city block and sighed He knew Lex Luther had planned this.

Inside the ship, Lamer followed Green arrow to the cockpit. He looked around and noticed the interior was quite vast with many seats for the justice league members to utilize.

Black canary sat in the pilot seat pressing controls.

Lamar took a seat and looked at the clouds passing by.

He eventually turned towards Black canary asking "So what exactly is the justice league?"

Black canary took her gaze off the controls swiveled towards Lamar and responded "The league's job is to defend the planet against threats humanity can't handle alone. We all call earth are home and don't want it to be harmed." she said with a small smile.

"And on the good days, we get to beat some bad guys up." green arrow said off to the side with a smirk.

"That's awesome do y'all get paid?"

"Ha, money? I wish." Green arrows chuckled.

"Why don't you tell us about yourself Lamar. Can you still not recall your past?." black canary spoke up with some worry in her voice.

"Yeah, I can't remember anything besides my name; nothing from before waking up comes to mind. I find it strange that I can remember worldly stuff."

Black canary sensed the slight distress in the kid's voice and said "We will do our best to help you we have a couple of league members who have had situations similar to yours."

"Who?" Lamar asked in curiosity.

"My mother was one of them. She was the first Black canary before I took up her mantel. She is from another earth and joined the league back in the day. She has lived here ever since."

"Was it hard for her to live here in an entirely new world?" Lamar asked in response.

"At first, it was hard. She learned to live here and enjoyed it. Eventually possessing a loving family and friends."

"What She is trying to say if you don't get your memories back the league and this earth will open our arms to you, Kid." Green arrow said with an impatient grin.

Lamar didn't know how to respond, uttered out a "thank you." He turned facing the window and looking out at the clouds passing by with a small grin thinking. 'Dang these people are pretty chill."
