3 To choose life or death?

At the very center of the pit was a pitch-black door but it was no normal door. This door was massive with large chains that looked like it was there to forever keep something out or... something in.

As the Blood Orcs moved the party of humans closer towards the center Armin was scared and worried.

'I... I can't die!! I need to get back to Jasmin! She needs my help to get better!'

Since Armin was in the back he was furthest away for the Orcs so he attempted to attack the orc 'escorting' him.

All of a sudden Armin thrusts his spare bone dagger that was surprisingly overlooked towards the Orcs neck successfully and when the orc noticed the action he was too late.

"ARHHHA!!"

The strange eyed orc immediately looked over towards the sudden scream of one of his brethren and saw that one of the human's trying to run away while blood was gushing out of his fellow orc's neck.

"GET DA HUMMY AND BRIN HIM TO ME!!!!!"

When Armin heard that there was only one thought in his head.

'RUN.RUN.RUN! I NEED TO RUN FASTER. I NEED TO HELP JASMIN!'

He ran with all his might but as soon as he was about to reach the exit of the pit they arrived through he felt pain. So much pain in his lower back and right arm. He looked down at his arm and could see an arrowhead through his arm and knew right then and there that he was shot with arrows.

He fell to the ground and screamed and an orc rushed at him trying to punch him in the face and with his only good arm Armin tried to block the punch but he could never contend with an A rank monster but lucky for him the strange eyed orc wanted him brought back so the punch didn't instantly kill him but it did fracture his skull and one nasty concussion.

'I'm... going... to... die... I'm... sorry... Jasmin...'

The orc grabbed Armin's leg and dragged him over to the strange eyed orc and when they arrived the orc used Austin's sword to cut off Armin's arm and leg.

"AUHHHHHHHH YOU MOTHER FUCKER!!!!"

His scream caused the orc to smile and give a little laugh and said.

"Now try to run hummy."

But that wasn't what pissed him off... it was the looks that his so-called team gave him. They gave him an 'oh your hurt?' 'Sorry I only use my healing magic on humans. I don't even consider you human.' But that damn Smirk Hannah had made him pissed.

Hannah was currently thinking.

'Hah just what a low life unawoken deserves. They should all just be killed and that scream was great... but how am I gonna getaway? Invisibility spell? I'm not sure it would work...'

Armin was on the floor on his own blood slouched against a small wall with dull eyes.

'So... this... is... it...?'

Suddenly he can't really hear anything much but can see himself next to Jasmin in the hospital bed.

He sees himself talking to her but he knows she can't hear him after all she is in a coma.

'That's right... after mom and dad died she took me in... she always came over to our house since she was friends with mom... but after the first portal they died... but I guess we will all be together... mom, dad, me, and Jasmin...' the vision went away as he could see the chains from the door falling off.

"Be.... co.... a... ods..."

Armin heard words but could barely understand it.

'Are they chanting some other bullshit?'

Meanwhile, the strange eyed orc is facing the door and said.

"Behole hummys! This is want he wud giv us! In dead giv our life! BEHUA NUGATA GAND!"

The remaining team members had a bad feeling as the last chain fell after the Orcs for god knows how long have been hacking at it for fell. The remaining Orcs grabbed the team to make sure they didn't try to run as Armin did. Then it all started...

Armin looked at the black door as it slightly opened and black fog crept out. It was dense and moved to the closed thing to itself like it was alive and hungry...

"BECO... A... G..."

The words started to annoy him as he noticed it sounded odd...

'Are that saying something else again or is my hearing going bad?... well I'm bleeding out so it probably because I'm dying... just shut up...'

Galen was struggling to get free of the orc hold him as he watched the black fog suddenly devoured the strange eyed orc.

"GOD DAMNIT LET US GO IT GOING TO KILL YOU AS WELL!!!"

The Orcs didn't bother to Listen to the struggling human as he and every other orc continued to chant the SAME words they been saying

"BEHUA NUGATA GAND!"

As the black fog got closer towards them everyone finally noticed it.

'There glad it eating them?!? Their flesh is being disintegrated and there bones shortly after and the HAPPY?!?!'

The fog finally reaches Galen and the moment it touched him he fell pain like no other as his skin started to disappear.

"AURGGG JUST KILL ME ALREADY!!!"

Armin noticed the fog reached his 'party' and when Galen screamed out he thought.

'You where actually a nice guy till the end... unlike those others...'

Then once again he could hear the chants of the Orcs.

"BECOM... AS... DS...!"

Armin finally realized that it sounds very similar to there language. So he started to wonder if the fog was telling them to talk this way or something.

'Could the fog be him?... the once the orc talked about?... I'm feeling tired...'

The fog quickly devoured most of the Orcs and the only humans left where Hannah and Armin. When she noticed the fog was finally come closer towards hers she started crying.

"St... STAY AWAY!! LET ME GO YOU STUPID ORC!!"

But as last she and the orc were devoured all that was left where the Orcs and Armin.

'So it finally my turn huh?... well better hurry up or I'm gonna die of blood loss...'

But suddenly it clicked in Armin's head. He understands what the Orcs were saying and with the last of his strength, he said it.

"Become... as... gods..."

And everything went black... the fog quickly engulfed every single orc and all that was left was Armin who was unconscious but when the fog went towards Armin it did nothing as a voice said.

"Become as gods... I'm surprised he could understand it. To bad you're going to die, you would have been interesting."

But before the fog could kill him something happened the moment it tried to touch him. Armin's arm and leg slowly started to grow back and when the fog tried to engulfed it entirely it couldn't even get close anymore.

"Tst guess missing one world be fine I don't have any time left anyw..."

Before the voice could finish the fog was pierced by void black chains. (Don't ask... just roll with it please lol) the fog started to sulfide and it started to vibrate.

"AUH! Damn abyssal chains... I'll find a way to escape for good just you wait..."

After the fog was dragged back into the doorway the door started to disintegrate leaving only Armin in the room...

Armin was walking in nothingness as could suddenly see two people he never expected to see again.

"Mom... Dad..."

Armin's gave him a hug a said.

"I know sweetie but you're a grown man so don't you dare cry and you better stay strong."

Armin held tightly and said.

"So do we stay here forever now or?"

Suddenly both his mother and father smiled and his father spoke to him.

"Not exactly Armin you won't be coming with us we just here to see you again but you'll have to go back."

His words confuse Armin.

"Back what do you mean back I'm dead... I died in the portal after my 'spectacular' escape attempt... if I'm correct I don't even have a body anymore..."

Then that was where his mother stopped him.

"Armin your not dead but your about to be! Now I want you to stay strong and please look after Jasmin... She took my place after that day and honestly I'm glad it was her instead of a random stranger. I better not see you or Jasmin here ever again you got that?"

Armin's smiled and said.

"Alright... I love you both and still miss you..."

Both his mother and father smiled as they turned away and said.

"We know."

Armin slowly opens his eyes as he stared at the white ceiling. But that wasn't the only thing he was staring at...

Armin just stared at the screen in shock.

"What the fuck?!?"

Then the door started to open and a nurse walked in a when she noticed Armin awake she immediately called for the doctor.

After the doctor's check on him, they would have him stay for a few days to observe him to make sure he was okay. But he would also be getting a visit from the HRF.

"Hello, Mr. Foll I'm agent Callen humanity's Ranking Foundation (HRF) we have some questions about your most recent portal raid..."

Strength = AP (Attack power *large weapons*)

Vitality = HP (health points 1 stat point is 10 hp)

Endurance = stamina (how long he could run)

Dexterity = AP (daggers,short swords, rapier's)

Intelligence = MP (Mana pool/Magic points)

Faith = AP (Miracle spells *Heal*)

SP = Stat points (use on stats to increased stats)

Shop points = currency (for the shop function)
