Resting

Armin left the dungeon as the doorway disappears behind me he looked at it for a quick moment but soon started walking in the direction of his home.

'Well, now that I have armor my clothes don't get covered in blood or torn up.' while on his way home his stomach started to grumble causing him to make a quick stop to eat some food.

Armin was looking at a fast-food restaurant that was called WcDonald's he opened up his bank account through an app on his phone and it showed that he had around twelve hundred dollars in his account.

'Well then, I'll need to earn more money since I've spent most of it on rent and speaking of rent It's coming up soon...'

After Armin got a light meal he headed home and once he arrived he laid on his bed and turned on his tv and what came on surprised him. The channel was about how the world was and changed to the new era.

"On 11/4/2010 everything seemed the same as every other day people would be waking up to get ready for work while others would be getting ready to sleep but on this day are a way of life changed."

After the voice finished what it said suddenly pictures appeared on the screen. It showed the normal everyday life of well everyone.

"The moment the first portal appeared the world entered a state of panic while American declared marshal law all around the area of contact. The military soon arrived blocking all access to the area while evaluating everyone there."

Just like before pictures of the event known as 'First appearance' was shown on screen, it showed a large blue portal in the sky above a playground with the military in the background along with people in white hazmat suits where standing below the portal attempt to scan it from a distance.

"After a few days of checking out the portal from the outside, they determined that the portal was safe to stand around but they also found out that they could enter the portal but at the time those who entered never came out."

Then a memorial was shown on the screen showing the units from the military who were sent in.

"Since that day all attempts to enter the portal we're denied but before the government could attempt to seal off the portal the world's first Portal break happened."

Another message was shown on the screen saying the following video may offend you and after a few moments, the words were replaced with a video of an Ork falling from the portal with a loud crashing sounds along with the military personnel yelling out orders.

"Due to the events that took place shortly after we cannot show then on television but that day we long many brave soldiers defending our nation or should we say world from the monster that we still don't understand much of."

A new picture was shown on the screen showing American's first F rank awakened who would also be are future S ranked awakened known as Mark Fin who now goes by Diamond first do to his unique ability to harden his body into almost any substance.

"After Mark was found out about Millions of others would appear over the weeks causing the end of the old era and the beginning of the new Era. While some say it's the dark era some call it the golden era for humanity due to the powers that have awakened."

Then a picture of ten people was shown on screen and oddly enough every one of those people would be a future S Rank awakened.

"The day another portal appeared the government created a new branch which was named Humanity Ranking foundation also known as the HRF they brought together a team of awakened to dive into the portal to attempt to stop another tragedy from taking place. Since that day the world focused on the Awakened and brought along guilds for Awaken to join and grow together."

three symbols appeared on-screen each one would easily be recognized by almost everyone. Two of the symbols faded away as the image of a blue shield with red swords crossed in an x formation behind it.

"The Blue Defenders are one of the top three guilds in America they have many active members and many more attempting to join while the guild master is are S ranked Diamond fist..."

Then a picture of an Angel with six wings while looking as it was descending into the mortal world appeared.

"The Heavens Might guild is a guild that is mostly made of healers along with paladins whose guild master Is the Beautiful Faith Teal. She is an S rank healer who can supposedly heal any injury as long as it happens within an hour but she says even she can't bring someone back if the brain is damaged beyond recovery..."

Then the last image appeared showing a skull with a creepy smile.

"The Deathwatch is a guild that is made up of the most elite attackers that always take on dangerous portals and contracts that the government asked them to perform as long as the price is right sadly we don't know who he guild leader is as they are very mysterious and all contracts and negotiations are handled by Derik Gain who is also an S rank awaken who once stated that he enjoys the fight in the front with his twin swords..."

Armin was watching the channel as he slowly started to doze off and eventually into a deep sleep with the tv still on in the background. While sleeping he had another dream but this time he didn't see anything at all but all he could hear was

"Rise my Legion"

All of a sudden he could see millions or even billions of soldiers wearing black and red armor rising in front of him along with a loud roar that brought his attention to a Blood red and abyssal black dragon clawing it's way up from the ground as it heard its command to come out.

He woke up the moment the dragon was completely out but like most dreams that happened, he doesn't remember anything at all.

"It's strange that if someone dreams about something they could easily forget about what they dreamt about the moment they wake up... I know I was dreaming of something but what exactly was it?? Well, whatever it's just a dream anyway and I need to get dress and see if I can find a dungeon to join because I need to start earning money..."
