* Gasp * I took a deep breath as I tried to sit up only to hit my head on something, dazing me for a second. I opened my eyes and looked around only to find myself in complete darkness, only to be once more surprised as my eyes adjusted causing me to see as if it was day

As I sat there I tried to remember who I was....what was I doing? why am I here? As I went through my memories I found several sets of information on what I would call common sense and then information on different books, animes and movies for what felt like days . I became even more surprised the longer I went on because of how impeccable my memory was, I remember every thing I saw but no matter I tried I couldn't remember who I was

As I was lost in my thoughts a red screen appeared before my eyes causing me to release a smile

'at least no matter where I am, I won't die easily' I thought with a smirk especially when I thought of the novels in my head

When I saw the information I the page I went through the memories in my mind to see if I found a match to

' soul land? but the question is which one, I only have memories of the first one and bits and pieces of the others ' I thought as a frown found its way on to my face

' from this I can assume I have both a human form and a beast form, so I could either cultivate as a human or try to survive as a beast, both have their benefits and disadvantages ' I thought to myself as my hand unconsciously rubbed what I believed to be my egg

' wait the fact that this shows both mean there should be a way for me to do both, I just haven't figured out how was yet. What I should do now is get out of this egg and see if I'm alone or if I have a family ' after deciding I acted immediately and struck the egg with all the strength I could manage

Only to wince in pain, holding my throbbing fist as I cursed internally. I looked at the egg angrily only to feel a warmth flow towards my fist causing the pain to recede, looking at my fist closely I noticed a set of white fine scales appeared on my hand along with some claws on my fingers causing me to grin

' so I was right, I can do both ' feeling better after finding out that tid bit of info, I joined my fingers together and used my arm like a spear to attack the egg, unlike the impact I was expecting I found my claws easily tore through the shell

Spending a few minutes to make a hole large enough for the rest of my body to fit through, I assumed I was most likely the size of a five or six year old , I climbed out only to find myself in a large hollow tree. Looking around I found I was all alone, feeling slight disappointment at that I sat with my back against the tree

' tch well at least I can run wild without worrying about someone attacking my family when they can't catch me ' calming my mood I took a deep breath only to feel my mind relax and I felt something leaving my mind only for everything in the surrounding 5 metres to appear in my mind startling me

'is my mental power so strong ? ' Closing my eyes I tried to repeat what I just did only for the familiar feeling to hit me once more, I could tell the position of every blade of grass, every stone and insect. I found that as I spread my mental power my senses were also enhanced as I could now hear the river flowing several metres from here

' this is gonna be useful ' I thought as a smile found its way unto my face.

"now to try cultivation and see if it's all it's made out to be " assuming what I thought to be a meditation position I tried to sense spirit energy only to 'see' energy all around me. Using my mental power I reached out and tried to draw it into my body

As the spirit energy reached my skin I found it felt like a warm breeze causing me to release a sigh of comfort as it entered my pours, I slowly drew a continuous stream into my body since I didn't what to hurt myself by rushing only for a heat to appear in my stomach and as that happened at the spirit energy in the surrounding 5 metres rushed into my body

I released a gasp as I felt my body instantly swell as it rushed throught out my body to the point I felt I would burst causing me to grit my teeth in pain only to feel like something release and the pressure died down as the energy sunk into my muscles and bones giving me a feeling of strength

' did I break through? ' I wondered as I remembered that feeling of something 'breaking' . Opening the panel I checked to see what happened

' so both my cultivation and age improve at the same time, by the time I'm Rank 10 I'll be a 1000 year old beast ' I couldn't help the smile that found it's way unto my face considering how strong I could be....

I laid on a blanket and looked at the clouds as memories of the past year in this world.

Not long after my first breakthrough, I found my way out of the forest and somehow found myself in Holy Spirit village, making me not know whether to laugh or cry considering there was a Super Douluo and I wasn't sure if he could notice anything about me

Only to release a sigh of relief when I noticed he was usually to drunk to pay attention to a stranger like me. When I met Tang San I was underwhelmed, outside of his protagonist halo I didn't have much interest in him nor his weapons

I didn't know if it was because I spent half of my time in the forest in my beast form but I found myself looking down on means like that

I would be lying if I said I didn't consider killing him on multiple occasions before I completely killed off the idea for now, for one I had no problem with him, once he didn't cross me I wouldn't care about him at all.....well that and the massive deterrent his father was for the current me

As I was saying, moving into the village wasn't exactly an issue, I just had to give that old Jack a sob story and I got a plot of land and a little money to survive after I turned down his offer to adopt me

I went around the village learning different occupations from the people here and doing odd jobs here and there so I could repay the old man since I didn't like owing people, that was until I discovered a nice side effect of my power

That being that my body unconsciously attracted Spirit energy, meaning that the energy around me was much higher than in other places and it only grew with my increase in strength. When I noticed that I had to moved further outside of the village to not attract any extra attention

Using this, I grew vegetables which because of the extra spirit energy became spirit vegetables, which I would then sell one or two of them for more money and ate the rest as they helped with my cultivation and improved the results of working out .

I realized that outside of Tang Hao giving me an extra glance he didn't pay anymore attention to me so I turned it into a business. I guessed that they were too low level to draw his attention and the others in the village knew to little and bought my excuse

Not only did it bring me income it also helped my cultivation, so win win in my book.

I reached Rank 10, 4 months ago before I could no longer increase my rank, which means I have to get a Spirit Ring to get any stronger. I found that as my rank increased I got a large increase in mental power, spirit power and my physique

By my estimates, my mental power, spirit power and my physique are equivalent to a Rank 20 and my strength has reached 1000kg so I should be able to fight above that rank. I haven't faced a spirit master in my human form so I had nothing to base that on, I guess I could call it instinct

Whenever I fought a spirit beast, I was always in my dragon form, and I never killed unless it was for my meal or I was attacked first, maybe it was because I was a spirit beast? I was 2m tall, 3ms long but I found I didn't have wings, I looked like a white wingless western dragon with with red horns along my body.

In my human form, I was 1.4m, with white hair which I had cut in a fade with the top in a bun, considering I liked my long hair, I had black irises but if you looked closely you'd noticed my pupils were cat like

I was awoken from my thoughts when footsteps entered my domain, over this year I learned how to always have my domain active around me. Focusing I found that it was Jack and Tang San, seeing the two of them I finally remembered that today was the spirit awakening ceremony today

Getting up I went inside and met the two before they got to my front door surprising the duo, before I could speak I felt Tang San's piercing gaze on me causing me glance at him blankly, considering I was 20 cm taller, I had to look down and considering I always had a ever present smirk on my face, it seems he thought I was looking at him contemptuously going by his twitching cheek

It wasn't the first time we've met but we've never spoken to each other. I was pretty famous in the village because they believe I had divine strength when they saw my feets of strength when I was building my house or working on my farm and it also drew his attention

Maybe it was because I never interacted with the other children but he tried to befriend me but I always ignored him since he was a trouble magnet or the fact that one day I was returning home in the morning and found him cultivating his eyes.

And he attacked me unconsciously , and I beat the shit out of him, without leaving any evidence of course, since then I found him constantly watching me as if to see who I was or if I would tell his secret

Ignoring him I nodded to Jack as acknowledgement, he always tries to make me call him grampa Jack which I ignore completely, I don't have the habit of calling strange old men grampa.

I heard him sigh before he beckoned to Tang San and we walked towards the center of town where everyone was gathering. I watched as the iconic scene played out including Tang Sans full power and blue silver grass, using my domain I found his second spirit Clear sky hammer hidden in his arm

When it was my turn I didn't waste anytime and placed my hand on the gem and Su Yuntao guided his energy and started awakening my spirit. After a few seconds nothing happened and he was about to take his hand away when suddenly the gem cracked and the surrounding ground suddenly cracked and starting shaking and a overbearing pressure appeared forcing everyone back.

Behind me a planet appeared before a massive dragon appeared that dwarfed the planet, opened it's mouth a large suction force came , causing the planet to break apart and enter the dragons mouth before it roared to the sky

As this happened, white scales appeared on my arms, neck and face and I grew a couple centimetres and I grew long sharp claws and my eyes turned red....
