Night time at a secret research facility hidden in the city. A group of people nearing the number of 100 and wearing white lab coats could be seen in one of its rooms. The room it self can be described as a big white room that can easily fit over a hundred people with more space left. Its filled with high-tech monitors, science equipment, and vials filled with unknown substances. After sometime when all the people had gathered inside the room a man nearing in his 40s located in front of the room leaning at the front of what looks like a high-tech desk panel spoke.
" MY FELLOW COMRADES. FINALLY AFTER DECADES OF RESEARCH FILLED WITH BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS!! WE HAVE FINALLY DONE IT WE HAVE ATTAINED A PATH TO ETERNAL LIFE!!"
" YES!"
" HOORAY!"
" WE DID IT!"
" WHAT?!"
Resounding cheers echoed throughout the room from the group of scientists. You could even hear the cheers of other people in the Screen monitor's. Meaning that they aren't the only ones involved in these experiment. He then resumed.
" FROM TODAY ONWARDS. WE WILL NEVER BE BOUND BY HUMAN LOGIC, FROM TODAY ONWARDS A NEW ERA BEGINS WHEN HUMANITY RISES AND CLAIMS IT'S SUPREMACY, FROM TODAY ONWARDS WE PROVE TO THE GODS THAT THEY AREN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN LIVE FOREVER. FROM TODAY ONWARDS WE WILL LEAD HUMANITY TO A NEW AGE OF PROSPERITY AND DISCOVERY. FROM TODAY ONWARDS I YAMATO AKIHITO. THE FOUNDER AND LEADER OF 'THE NEW ERA PROJECT' WILL BE THE FIRST HUMAN TO ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE!!"
Akihito paused for a second catching his breath and adding more dramatic effect to his speech before continuing.
" OBTAIN IMMORTALITY!! "
The already loud and noisy room became even more louder the normal cheers became screams. The whole room is at an uproar.

The screams and cheers continued for sometime and then finally after a couple minutes had passed the room quieted down. seeing the look of his subordanates in front of him and from the screens akihito couldn't help but smile smugly and thought.
' Damn im awesome! I love it when people say my name with awe and respect! Yes, Yes thats it! Praise me more you insignificant beings! And when i become an immortal. People will treat me like a god as the first human becoming to do so! All the ladies will open up their legs for me and i will build a harem containing countless beauties from all over the world that will serve me with pleasure from the rest of their lives. I will become this world's god! HAHAHAHA! ' snapping out of his delusions akihito once again focused on the important matter at hand.
Akihito with a smile on his face pressed a button from the control panel. Then out of nowhere. A vial filled to the brim with some kind of green liquid came out of the control panel.

As i wanted my executives to also join me as the first ever humans to ever achieve immortality. But fret not i guarantee that every single one of you will all get youre fair share in the future. "

All the scientists are happy with their bosses words and cant help but think that this man is god himself.
' Ha! What a bunch of fools I'd just given you a bait and you all fell for it. Humans truly are creatures that can easily be manipulated. By giving them some kind of reward they all swarm to you like you're some kind of god! Truly laughable and now i have thousands of rich and powerful mindless pawns. Akihito couldn't help but once again laugh at he's own scheme's. After he said that 1 green vial suddenly came out of nowhere from the control panel of every executives all across the world. They were all shock but immediately got out of their stupor and quickly grabbed the green vial and went ahead and inspect it. They were fascinated by this small vial that contain a green liquid like substance that 'supposedly' will give them longevity.
" now that you have the vials. I Yamato Akihito once again welcome you to the new age of humanity. Cheers!" he then got rid of the vial's lid. And immediately drank all of it. The other executive's from all over the world also followed his actions and did the same. Once they all finish drinking the liquid. All of them had different thoughts but the same results.
" i can feel it! There's something inside of me! i feel great i feel like i can do anything!"
" my old bones feels like new one's, once again!"
" feel like my life expectancy just increased!"
" Holy sh*t i can move like i was before!"
They all felt great, they all feel like brand new!
Curious, All of their subordanates came closer to each and everyone of their boss and check if it worked.

Akihito then replied.
" it didn't hurt and as a matter of fact i feel great! I feel stronger and my over all condition is better than ever! HAHAHAHA! "

Everyone still couldn't believe it. They have achieve the greatest limitation of a humans body and found a way to cure it!
The thing that most people wanted to get but never had the chance to do so. The thing that they all thought was a myth. Just became reality! This is truly a scientific Breakthrough to the highest caliber!
Every one is rejoicing on the miracle that they have witnessed. They kept at it for a while but then. All of the sudden.
" Argh!! IT HURTS IT HURTS!" Akihito felt an undesirable pain assaulting his body. He felt like every single one of his cell are expanding and going to explode. But he's not the only one.
" W-WHAT HAPPENING! ARGHH!!! IT HURTS IT HURTS!"
" DAMN YOU AKIHITO WHAT HAVE YOU DONE ARGHHH!!"

Desperate and loud screams filled the monitors displaying the executive's faces of pain and agony. One of the executives men spoke.
" SIR ARE YOU ALRIGHT! "
" OF COURSE NOT YOU IDIOT! DO I LOOK LIKE I'M ALRIGHT?! ARGHH!! TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL QUICkl.....y " His Boss said before passing out.
The man just realised how R*tarded his words were. Afraid to get killed he immediately ordered the men beside him.
" r-right away sir! Quickly get a wheelchair and prepare the vehicle for transport!"
Back to the hidden research facility.
" A-Akihito-sama hang in there! Quickly transfer Akihito sama to the isolation chamber!"
" All of the medical personnel get to the isolation chamber!! " They bought a transfer stretcher then strapped Akihito in it to send him off.
After transferring the also fainted Akihito to the isolation chamber. Doctors and nurses swarm the room panicking on what to do.
" get me a status report! Scan his body for any foreign anomaly! Quickly! Also don't let anyone in with out my permission! Did you already sent in the head medical personnel in the isolation chamber? "
The head of the security personnel spoke. And ordered his men and waited for the report.
" yes sir we already did. Also we have found something strange in Akihito-sama's body." one of the personnel spoke.
" what is it? "
His assistant then handed a diagnosis report to him. He immediately read it and was shocked by the results.
" All of his cell's no... All of his body is currently changing its like he's body going through some kind of transformation.The immortality serum is infecting every single cell, blood and tissue in his body! Is this a side effect of the serum its totally different when we tested it on a animal. Did the serum react with our DNA or something? " his thoughts were suddenly broken by his Comrades words.
" Sir! Akihito-sama's showing signs of waking up! "
" i see... contact the other executives see if they are ok. Ill go check on him my self. "
With a nod the Assistant went on ahead. Leaving the head security alone after some time he also went on his way to the isolation chamber.
He wondered why did the serum turned out this way all of their experiments went bad at first. They first tested it on a fly but it immediately exploded and died so they tried it on a dog but sadly it also failed they kept on trying and trying and then finally got something once they tested it out on a dying tiger and it worked! The tiger showed no signs of weakening. They were so happy. They found out that if you inject the serum to a host or organism with a weak body. It will only explode due to the serums natural potency so birds, bugs, snakes and fishes are a no go but tigers, lions, sharks and whales can handle the serum with out any draw backs.
They thought that they should move on human trials but Akihito forbid them. They dont now the reason why. He said that its important so they didn't question him any further and just went on with it. < A/N: First plot hole. For a scientist Akihito is pretty dumb. He wanted to be the first human to be immortal and seeing the results on the tiger he thought. meh good enough lol. >
Nevertheless he will find out sooner or later. He then quickly entered the room where his boss is currently residing in it's located at the end of the corridor so no one would go here without a reason.
But when he went inside. The scene in front of him filled his mind with horror. He saw his boss biting his screaming subordanates. Not only that some of them also bit others. His mind is at dismay this whole room became a bloody mess.
" w-what THE FUCK IS GOING ON!" he immediately wanted to run but was then suprised with one of his colleagues grabbing his legs.
" l-let go of me or i will shoot you!"
He grabbed a gun near his waist and pointed it at him but it didn't work and he bit him in his leg.
" Argh! Damn you!"
*Bang* a gun shot resounded throughout. The room and what lied beneath him is a lifeless body of his former colleague with a hole on his head. The sound then alerted the 'people' inside the room and they look at the one who caused this.
The Doctor looked at them and felt his legs shook and sweat filled his back. He quickly reached the fire alarm hoping to alert someone and as soon as he was about to pressed it. His arm was crushed by an unbelievable pressure.
he tried to scream hoping to alert someone from the outside but then remembered that this whole room is sound proof. there's also no cameras for personal privacy.
" Arghh!!!" He looked behind his back and saw his boss no. What look like his boss because of his body. With a grey skin, bulky muscles resembling a body builder with green veins popping out of it. Hes hair fell off and turned bald. His eyes became green sclera and all. And green foam kept on coming out from his mouth. < looks like mister x from resident evil a scrary motherf*cker. >
" w-what are you doing boss? ARGH!!" Akihito then mindlessly bites the neck of the Doctor. A few minutes
Had passed and you could see the visible changes in his body, his skin turned grey but his eyes turned white sclera and all with the same green veins in his body. At first he tried to get out but as the time pass he stopped and just stand there hanging after a few minutes had passed he suddenly moved. Hes been 'Turned'.
Letting go of the now Zombified man The mindless Akihito along with the rest of the Zombies walk out of the corridor. splitting apart from each other. they then went on their way.
" What?! Did you say that the executives started to go crazy and kept on biting people?!"
The security assistant is now in the control room. He tried to contact the other executive's but was then shocked by the sudden news, they started to bite other people and those people turned into one of them and also started biting the others, not only that they tried shooting them in the heart but it wont work, every executives are like this all around the world. Some of the workers tried to escape using cars and private helicopters but there are a few who where bitten inside the vehicles. It escalated from there and its slowly making its way through the city were a larger proportion of people lives.
With cold sweat running through his back he tried to talk but the people on the other side spoke.
" FUCK THERE HERE! QUICK TRY AND BARRICADE THE DOOR! AND READY THE GUNS! AND YOU SECRETARY QUICKLY TELL THE GOVERNMENT ON WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE BEFORE IT ESCALATES."
*BANG, BANG! Gun shot noises *
Some of the men in the telephone spoke.
" SHIT! THERE GETTING CLOSER!"
" WERE RUNNING OUT OF BULLETS!"
" QUICK SHOT THEM IN THE HEAD! ARGHH"
" MAN DOWN I REPEAT MAN DOWN!"
" YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING SECRETARY ALL OF THE COM LINES OF THE OTHER EXECUTIVES ARE NOW DEAD. THEY ALL GOT TURNED INTO ZOMBIES WITHOUT GETTING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING!"<A/N: again plot hole. >
The secretary was stunned. Hes mind at dismay.
" z-zombies? b-but they shouldn't exist r-right i mean its impossible shouldn't the serum give you immortality and longevity like the animals? t-then w-WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND!!"
" CALM YO TITS SECRETARY! THINK FIRST THEN ACT! YOU HAVE TO WARN THE OTHERS YOU HAVE T- ARGHH!!"
" THEY FULLY BREACHED US WERE DOOMED!! "
" GOD FORGIVE ME BECAUSE I FCKED JEREMY'S DOG WHEN I WAS HIGH!"
" YOU WHAT?! ARGHH! YOU FCKER!!"
Those were their final words before the connection cuts out permanently.
Leaving the shocked secretary on the line.
" i-i have to warn the others... YES WARN THE OTHERS I COULD SAVE HUMANITY I COULD BE THEIR HERO! I COU-"

While he was in the middle of a monologue he immediately got slammed to the ground by a wandering zombie he tried to get away from it's grasp but couldn't because of its unnatural strength the zombie then started to bite him and slowly turn him to one of them. This happened all over the secret facilities around the world some of them managed to escape with a bite mark that ultimately resulted to them being zombified as well thus starting the new age of the undead.
