"Finally, I've broken through hahaha, I Shiryu! I'm now a seed condensing martial artist, this is just beginning soon I will stand at the peak of power and look at everyone in disdain" shiryu said with a satisfied smile on his face then his face changed as turned to look at the golden monkey laying by his side whose aura was visibly weaker and his condition much worse!

"Hang in there little Gold, I'm about to refine the heavenly pill now. Just hold on a bit more" shiryu said as waved his hand and a cauldron appeared in front of him from thin air, he calmed his mind and shortly afterwards his mind reached an ethereal state and began to refine the pills.

A short period of time later....

"Ding!" The cauldron shook and soothing medicinal fragrance overflowed, and three heavenly pills flew out from the cauldron.

"Success, I pretty much outdid myself this time" Shiryu instantly opened his eyes overjoyed as he grabbed the heavenly pills and looked at them "two are peak grade and one is extreme grade, with this little gold should be able to break through to rank three demon and in turn heal his life-threatening injuries"

"Swoosh" shiryu quickly arrived in front of little gold's wobbly body and shoved the three pills into his mouth, and he then sent and directed essence energy into little Gold body and slowly helped it refine the pills

Little Gold felt the warm energy flooding its meridians and reinforcing his core, slowly its injuries improved, but the effects of the medicine didn't wear off and continued its aura began to rise until 'BOOM!' It began to exude powerful rank three beast aura!

It had broken through and it's bloodline further evolved

After breaking and healing a large part of its injuries little Gold happily rose and looked in shiryus direction with its cute golden face as if expressing its gratitude and admiration of shiryu, it still felt shocked from the powerful effects of the pills shiryu made was!,

everything was like a dream this few days as it made multiple breakthroughs in such a short period of time, it felt lucky and couldn't help but thank its stars that it met shiryu that day.

'if things continue like this i should be able to break through to rank 4 demon warrior in less than a week ' little Gold thought

"Hey little monkey if you keep staring at me weirdly I might have to knock you unconscious once more" shiryu said with a wide grin on his face as saw the dazed look on little Golds cute face.

Shiryu had a pretty good guess on what little Gold was thinking and said with a mischievous look on his face "sorry to pour cold water on your plan, but you'd better forget about making any quick breakthroughs anytime soon, the only reason you were able to break through this fast is because you had a stable foundation, but your rapid rise in strength has caused it to be a little shaky so take your time to consolidate your realm besides I won't be able to refine pills useful to you unless I break through and that might take a while"

Little Gold face frowned slightly but was quickly replaced with a smile, and it beat its chest happily, it was more than satisfied with its current strength

Shiryu was satisfied with its reaction and continued "work harder and cultivate more I need you to breakthrough soon, so we can start communicating with telepathy"

shiryu then began to weaker out of the cave "too much time has passed for now we have to get going immediately I have to get home today my little sister will be so happy to see you, and surely, my royal parent must be worried now."

Little Gold nodded happily, it quickly chased after shiryu and climbed unto his shoulders and sat there with an eager look on its face, it was curious to know what kind of family shiryu came from

SWOOSH! Shiryu with little Gold on his shoulder ran at top speed towards the Ryu castle and on his way thanks to littleGold he harvested many valuable heavenly fruits and heavenly medicines, his body was way stronger and his essence energy more pure and vast than it was when he first came into the great divide forest so he was much faster than before and didn't require the dragon colt to travel.

Half a day later shiryu and little Gold arrived at the Ryu castle, and he was surprise to see how busy it was, many Ryu clan members were moving back and forth including some elder level characters, even the rarely seen red knights were patrolling the whole castle

"Hmm what's going on why are there so many red knights here, seems the situation worsened while I was away" shiryu frowned as he saw the alert and worried looks on their faces

"father, mother, your son has returned!"

Moments later he entered his father's royal palace, and immediately he heard the worried voice of his mother!

"Little shi!, thank God you are home safe you had all of us worried, your dad was just about to lead some red knights to head to the great divide"

"Why? What happened? I was just out for a few days, and I'm pretty sure you had some warriors shadow me along the way, so why are you looking so pale and worried mom?" shiryu asked as he looked at his mom's tired face!

"Of course we sent people to protect you, but we just got news that they were unlucky and got heavily injured, and you were surrounded by countless demonic beasts ....and a lot has been happening since you left so tell me how can I not be worried?, thank the Gods that you were able to return home safe" FEI Ryu said

Shiryu smiled a knowing smile upon hearing her as he thought 'no wonder I didn't get to see anyone even though I was so close to death, turns out something like that happened'

Suddenly, he looked at his father and mother, he noticed he had some slight injury on his arms and his mother's aura was slightly chaotic, shiryu frowned and couldn't help but ask "father how come everyone in the castle look frightened, why do are you injured what has happened and where is Momo its odd that I don't see her"

Both his parents face darkened when they heard Momo's name, and an awkward silence followed

Finally, King Sima Ryu deep voice sounded out"Shiryu so much as happen since we last saw you, i don't know where ouyang Kai and the LAN clan got help from, but two days ago, some dark hooded figures appeared all around Akin lore nation and began to attack Ryu clan properties, soldiers, they even assassinated many members of our clan including three clan elders, just yesterday I led some red knights to rescue some of our clan members outside the castle, and I was ambushed by three peak martial lords fortunately with your help some of my strength have been recovered, and I was able to protect myself and some red knights and I returned only to find ..." on getting to this point he paused and sighed

"….when I returned I found out that a peak martial lord invaded the palace and slayed so many knights no one in clan apart from me and your uncle can contend against such foe so he killed his way towards Momo's room hoping to slay her but your mother arrived fought hard to protect but alas she's only a middle martial lord, she was only able to hold on for a while before she was struck down and that bastard struck at Momo with his fist" sima Ryu said with an angry look on his face and his fist were clenched
