“Great! Now your insulting me by asking my hand for marriage.” Samantha growled, Face filled with annoyance to the point that if looks could kill, Danielle would be buried six feet under.
“I’m not insulting you, Samantha. In fact, I’m serious in proposing to you!” Danielle answered angrily. “It’s not like I only wanted to marry you for your body, but rather I wholeheartedly offering you my name!”
“Easy for you to say that! Have you gone mad, Dani? You’re asking me to marry you when in the first place we don’t even know each other well. Also, I don’t feel the same way as you. And the fact that we’re both women!”
“Look, Samantha, I’m saving you from a life that will be filled with misery. Do you want to marry that bastard? I am saving you from your mother and from that bastard. You don’t love him; you also don’t love me. Between the two of us, I am much more preferable than him. So can’t this be a win-win situation for the both of us? You marry me instead of him, you’re free from your mother and I get what I want.” Danielle said. “At least you don’t have to pretend like you want to marry him. And so what if we are both women? Its not like it is bad for both women to be together, and its already the 21st century.”
Danielle has a point. Even if they are both women its not really a big problem anymore since a person can marry whoever they like legally . Also, She’s a well-known successful woman in the business industry and everyone is aware of her sexuality.
The problem lies within her who is straight. However, Samantha is starting to think that’s not true for she has been feeling something towards Danielle nowadays.
Can they make it work even with her tumultuous feelings towards Danielle?
