In the year 2025, humans have a unique abilities to develop a power from the ages of 7-16. From god like powers such as weather manipulation and immortality, to silly such as invisible when eating. Vincent William was a lonely person who never really found joy in anything anymore. A series of event caused Vincent to lose the ones he loved most, leaving him to survive at the bottom of the world's food chain. 4 days before his 16th birthday, when he would know that he would never develop a power, a fissure opens under him. Unlike the isekai world that Otaku Vincent secretly hopped for, it was a post-apocalyptic world in which he barley survived for a year. After finally escaping from hell itself, Vincent came back different. He started to appreciate the thing he didn't before, such as things like the sun. He sets out with a new goal in life. Simply to help people. To become the hero that he always wished he would as a child. But at his new school, things take a turn, weather for better or for worst. Time to save those he deems worthy, and not those who doesn't!
