1 congratulations and goodbye

'Hm, this is fine right?' Thought the man staring at his reflection in a full body mirror.

The man was handsome, looking to be around his early twenties. He had just spent the last thirty minutes trying pick out an outfit for a date he was going to have with his girlfriend whom he had been dating for three years.

The man had been planning this date for the past two weeks and wanted it to go well, since he was planning on asking her to marry him.

Deciding that what he was wearing matched where he was going, he decided to call his girlfriend to see if she was ready.

*ring* *ring* *ring* *rin—

"Hello?" Answered a woman with a rather sweet voice.

"Hey babe, I just wanted check and see if you were ready, I'm about to leave to go pick you up" said the man with an annoyingly attractive voice.

"Oh, um… I should be ready by the time you get here… probably?"

In the other side of the phone was a beautiful girl staring at her reflection.

On the floor and on the bed were multiple sets of clothes which the woman had already tried on and was unhappy with, even now the woman had a bit of a stern look on her face.

"Probably?" Asked the man on the other side of the phone.

"Yes, probably, you got a problem with that?" She said with a bit of an attitude.

"N-no, not at all, I'll be waiting outside"

"Alright, I'll see you later"

"Alright, Love you"

"Love you"

*beep*

*sigh* Turning around, the woman saw just how much of a mess she made with all her clothes and could only think of how Annoying it was not being able to find the perfect outfit.

'Sh*t'

Back on the other side of the phone the man grabbed a bag filled with an extra set of clothes and a bouquet of flowers before heading to the front door.

In the hall way his younger sister stopped him.

"Hmm, not bad"she said checking out her older brothers outfit.

"I know, I always look good" he said half-joking

"Humble yourself."she said with a deadpan expression

"…yes ma'am"

"Here, you almost forgot the ring" she said showing him the box with the ring inside before putting it in his right pocket.

'I can't believe I almost forgot it…' he thought giving his sister thanks.

"Sigh… I still don't know how you got with someone like her." She said giving a disappointed look

"Yeah-yeah, I'll see you probably tomorrow" he said heading out the door.

" good luck!"

And with that the man went to go pick up his girl before heading to a rather expensive looking restaurant.

After the two had their fill they paid and left to go to a place the man had been waiting to show her.

Changing their shoes to get ready for a bit of a climb They finally reached the spot.

It was a place that showed the entire area they lived in, along with the stars and lights coming from the city, it could be considered a beautiful site.

Not wanting the chance to pass by he quickly and carefully took out the square box right before getting her attention.

"Luna?" He said a bit nervously

Turning her head towards him she gave a beautiful smile before answering

"Yes?"

Looking at her he couldn't help but feel like falling in love all over again, he couldn't help but feel even more nervous as he got down on one knee before saying

"Luna ceres, will you marry me?" Asked giving a nervous smild.

The woman's face showed a shocked expression, the woman stayed quite for a couples seconds untill the shock eventually faded.

With tears starting to show she asked

"A-are you being serious?"

"Yes" the man said with a bit more confidence in his voice.

With confirmation the woman began to cry before nodding her head

"Yes"

Hearing her accept the man quickly beckoned for her hand, to which the woman gave.

Once the man placed the ring on her finger he quickly got up and hugged her.

After a quick make out session the woman pulled back

"What's wrong?" Asked the man confused as to why she pulled back so suddenly.

"I was going to tell you once I knew for sure but…"

"But? But what?" The man asked feeling his chest tighten a bit.

"I think… I might be pregnant…" she said looking at the man's face waiting to see what his expression would show.

'Pregnant? She's pregnant…? She's pregnant!' The man thought quickly picking her up and laughing with glee

" are you serious?" The man asked with a smile plastered on his face

The woman nodded with a smile on her face too, the man kissed her again before the two began giggling happily.

Eventually the pair went back to her place and went to bed with smiles on their faces before they knew it they had fallen asleep.

Early in the morning the two got dressed and went out to get some breakfast before stopping by a park to walk around and enjoy the suns warmth.

"I made an appointment three days from now to get an ultra sound" the beautiful woman,Luna,said.

"That was a good idea, do you mind if I bring my sister along?" Asked the handsome man.

"Of course, speaking of, did you tell her about it?"

"Nah, I wanted it to be a surprise" he said with a smile.

" good" she said giving him a quick kiss.

The pair continued walking around the park before deciding that it was time to go get lunch.

Walking towards a nearby cafe the two stopped at a cross walk to wait for the light to turn red.

Unfortunately, this would be the man's last destination before meeting his untimely death.

The man had tried to save a child who ran into the street to chase after its ball, The mother being distracted by her phone looked up only to witness a man jump in to protect her child before he was hit by a speeding car.

"Ja.."

"..k"

"Jack!"

"Jack! Wake up please!" Said the Luna with tears streaming down her face.

Jack kept going the last thing he remembered doing was trying to save that kid before everything went black.

'Luna?… why are you crying?' He thought trying to wipe away her tears.

"Jack! Don't close your eyes the ambulance will be here soon, okay!?"

'Ah…. Damn… i forgot… I tried saving that kid and I got hit…'

"Jack, the ambulance is almost here, just hang on a little longer okay? Just hang on" Luna said trying to remove some of the blood covering jacks face.

'…weird… I'm getting sleepy'

"Jack! Jack stay awake don't go to sleep! C'mon just hang on, the ambulance is almost here!"

'… I can't hear you that well, Luna … damn , I'm about to die aren't I? …. I didn't even get to see my kid or say bye to my sister, noah, … oh yeah, me and Luna promised I'd get to name our kid if it was a girl and her if it was a boy….'

"You hear that? It's the ambulance, it's just around the corner, you're going to be okay, just hang on"Luna said trying to keep him from falling unconscious.

"Rio…"

"What? Rio?" Luna asked confused as to what he was trying to say.

"The baby… if it's a girl" Jack said in between breathes.

"…" Luna stayed quiet unsure of what to say before replying

"Miguel, for a boy" Luna said her tears starting to go down harder.

'…Miguel,huh…. Her dead brothers name…. Maybe I'll get to meet him for a second time… I can even tell him about our kid…..'. After that Jack fell unconscious.

"Doctor how is he?" Luna asked

After the ambulance took Jack she immediately called his sister, Noah, and told her what happened, rushing back to jacks car to catch up with the ambulance, she told Noah that she'd meet her there before hanging up.

It took about thirty minutes to reach the hospital where Jack had been driven to. Upon arrival she was told to calm down and they'd let her know of any updates, while waiting Noah entered wanting to know exactly what happen and how it went down.

About 20 minutes the girls were called to the side and told-

"I'm sorry to say this but.. he has past away. Our team did the best they could, unfortunately it wasn't enough to keep him alive. He died upon arrival…"

Wanting to just be alone Luna took his car back to her apartment and just threw herself onto her bed.

That day and months after she had cried herself to sleep.
