Quirk Name- Aqua

Abilities- The quirk, Aqua, gives the user the ability to control any body of water. If a body of water is too large, the user can control some of the water from said body of water. If enough water has been consumed, user could form their entire body to water. The user could also make it rain or storm depending on the clouds that day.

Disadvantages- If not enough water is consumed, it limits the amount of water able to be controlled. Dehydration could cause user of Aqua to become in a weak state and cause the user to become unable to control the water they would like to control. Extremely hot days could also cause the user to drink more water, if no water is near, user will slowly get weaker depending on the heat.

•Aqua is a rare quirk, which could give a small upper hand to user going against villains. Not much is recorded about this quirk which also means the villains know little about it. If villains know little about it, it could leave them to be cautious of the user, not knowing what to expect.

•Flashy quirk when used correctly.

•Villains could only hope that there were not many clouds out if meeting the user of Aqua.
