Beach fun time and Blink.

"So...What happened?" Asked Octavia.

Konrad made a thoughtful expression and went to the blueprints. He started to sift through the papers and looked for anything that could have caused the explosion.

"Aha! There it is!" He exclaimed after a few minutes pointing at one fragment of the blueprint. "Seems like we made a really stupid mistake... We added a command that allowed the formation to use the mana gathered in the containment field to power the field, but apparently instead of being stored, all the Mana was lead into the formation because of that which caused an overload and explosion...Damn I'm stupid... I could have really harmed you." Konrad said with pain in his voice. The girls exchanged glances and nodded before hugging Konrad from behind.

≈It's not your fault Darling.≈ Whispered Mia trying to calm Konrad down.

"Yeah Love. Neither of us found this error in the design and we're both alright so no harm done and a lesson learned." Reassured him Octavia.

He turned to the girls and returned the hug.

"But it didn't even thought about taking precautions! We should have gone to the Test Chamber, but I went and tried it out as soon as we finished." He said with a shaky voice. He really messed up. He shouldn't have let himself be swooped by the moment of excitement...

He felt a smack on the back of his head.

≈Its like Tavi said, Konrad! No harm done and lesson learned. From now on we will make sure to test any new creation under proper Safety Protocols, and this accident would help us remember to do it next time. Now put yourself together and let's go for a swim in the lake. This project can wait for tomorrow.≈ Said Mia and Konrad had to agree or suffer another smack.

The trio went hand in hand and soon arrived at their private beach...

It was a warm and sunny day like it is for the most of the year in the middle of Sahara...

The trio was currently enjoying the sun by sunbathing. They were lying on the towels spread over the sand by the water. Octavia of course didn't really need to sunbath to get a tan, but her transformation reached a high enough level that she would get tanned like a normal human even without changing her skin color with her ability. She also liked the feeling of sunbathing and enjoyed the sneaky looks that Konrad was giving her and Mia from time to time...

Mia on the other hand couldn't really understand the idea of sunbathing as she was from another age, but she also enjoyed how Konrad continued to check both of them out. Seems like he really liked seeing them in bikini, and she really liked the attention. Suddenly an idea struck her when she remembered something that Octavia showed her a few weeks ago. It was an episode of something called Anime. She was already introduced to many different amazing things, and movies and animations were only a few of them, but apparently anime was a special type of an animated show that originated from country called Japan, and more than often had elements for the more mature audience.

The episode she was showed depicted a beach party and gave her an idea that she would gladly take advantage of.

≈Konrad. Would you be a dear and apply some sun lotion on my back?≈ She said, greatly anticipating the next few moments.

She wasn't disappointed. Konrad was shy in the beginning, but soon his administrations became bolder and she couldn't contain a moan of pleasure to leave her lips. She didn't even realize when they started to kiss each other, nor did she realize when Miastiti joined their activities and the simple sun lotion massage transformed into a triple snogging session...

When the were finally enough, they were quiet sweaty so Miastiti had an idea.

"Let's go for a swim!' She said and runner towards the lake.

Miastiti laughed and dashed behind the slime girl leaving a smiling Konrad behind.

He was about to chase them too but he suddenly had an idea and smirked.

"let's see if it works..." He muttered Mischievously. The girls were already calling for him to join them but he stayed seated and concentrated on the air above the lake just as he was training since a few weeks ago.

'Okay okay! You can do this! And one...two THREE!' he thought, and felt his magic spreading through his body before.

*pop*

Konrad disappeared...

The girls were calling konrad over to join them in the water, but suddenly their boyfriend disappeared from the blanket!

"Huh! Where is he! Mia! He just..." Octavia Exclaimed.

≈I know! I saw it! He just-

"CANNONBALL!!!" A shout resounded from above them before-

*Splash!!!*

Konrad fell from the sky and hit the water between the two girls, causing a water wave that swooped the surprised girls from their feet.

When they all finally resurfaced, the girls had a annoyed but curious expressions on their faces.

≈You're gonna regret that Konrad!...But first tell us how did you do that...≈ Mia added sheepishly.

Konrad laughed awkwardly seeing their annoyed faces so he proceed to explained.

"Well...you see. I had this skill that i never used and didn't know how it work, but I had a suspicion of what it meant, so I often spend an hour a day trying to figure it out.

The skill is called Blink Affinity and It basically makes it easier for me to learn the associated ability.

What i just did was exactly what I believed the ability to be and I'd like to boast that it was my first time that I didn't have to concentrate for over two minutes, Haha!" He laughed excitedly.

"Wait! Blink as if, you can teleport yourself?!" Exclaimed Octavia in a sudden understanding.

"More like Blink to the location that i can see, but it's more or less teleportation, yes." Konrad agreed.

≈And pray tell why didn't we know of this sooner?≈ Asked Miastiti suspiciously but with a hint of amazement in her voice.

"Haha...Well, you see. I wanted it to be a surprise and i didn't really expect it to work now, but it was totally worth it for that cannonball i just did Haha...Ha..." Konrad felt a murderous gaze coming from the two girls on his side.

"Right. Speaking of cannonballs." Said Octavia dangerously with her hair transforming into buckets.

≈Yeah. Exactly...≈ Added Miastiti with a giant water wave raising behind her back.

It was at this moment, Konrad realized that he...
