A Short Trip to Giza.
//I was supposed to write more chapters but I have exams in a few days and instead of learning I play Minecraft LOL//
//just realized that I have no freaking idea how much time passed since building the Caster Palace so let's assume that it's the end of winter XD Its should be somewhere in that area Haha! Anyway ENJOY!!!//
Three people walked down the streets of Giza with two of them being very overexcited girls. Both of them looked very similar and both of them were beautiful, but while one of them had long black, almost purple hair and beautiful green eyes, the other had stunning, almost glowing, silver white hair and eyes in the most amazing color of lapis blue Saphires.
They were followed by a normal yet very handsome boy with brown hair and green eyes. His skin was smooth and perfect but It didn't make him feel feminine at all. He looked good and he knew it.
"...Waah! Look Mimi! They finally released Half-File 3!!! I can't wait to play it!" Octavia pointed at a poster by a game shop.
Mia didn't listen though as she was too focused on observing every new and interesting thing around her.
≈Oh Konrad! It's so amazing look at this! And those clothes! Everything looks so pretty and interesting!≈ She exclaimed and Konrad noticed with amusement that he couldn't reply to her properly as she was constantly changing her target of attention. Here she was admiring people's clothes, only to suddenly praise everything for being so clean and sanitary. No beggars in sight. People wearing clean clothes. Houses far off from being in the state of disrepair. Seems like even with magic being quiet advanced in the past, Mia's civilization was yet to reach the level that humanity was currently at. Everything was new for her and Konrad had a lot of fun explaining to her what she was seeing. She would often receive a curious glance from passerbys but they would assume that she's just a tourist and Her cat ears were also hidden under an illusion.
Octavia on the other hand was more accustomed to the current civilization but she was also very excited as she was rarely let out to see the City. It was hard for Konrad to admit it, but her fascination with anime and games actually made her common sense improve...
As Konrad watched the two girl getting more and more excited by the second, he realized that he had to act before they ran of to God knows where. He glanced at Laverie who was girded to his waist inside her invisible sheath and waited obediently. The Sword was hiding in there, not wanting to leave Konrad's side but unable to fly around because people would take notice. In the beginning Konrad wanted to give Laverie something to hide her without using the enchanted sheath, but the trip came up suddenly and he had no time to create anything of the sort. He stroked the handle, feeling emotions of his familiar, knowing that she was also excited but would act calmly and obediently just as her master requested.
He suddenly realized that he was supposed to catch the girls before they run off to God knows where. He quickly grabbed the waists of his girls and they almost didn't realize it, but soon they were both walking close to each other and the trip felt even more enjoyable...
People continued to give them even more curious glances but neither of them cared. It felt rather nice to flaunt his welfare, He thought...

They arrived in the Grand Egyptian Museum where they spend a few hours looking at the exhibits. At some point, Mia started to feel quiet solemn, so Konrad and Octavia had to cheer her up by kissing her brain out while hiding behind an obelisk... Konrad could guess why she was sad. Seeing remains of the civilization which arised here after her own kingdom was destroyed, nailed the realization that her people were long gone. They needed to remind her that she was loved and had people caring for her, and it wasn't very complicated to do...
After the barrage of hugs and kisses finally did it's thing and Mia was back to her cheerful self, the trio left to eat some local cuisine. Despite them leaving in the area, Konrad was not a local and the food he served back in the Palace was usually more of a Slavic or European cuisine assortment. Of course it was not a rule but a habit as with his Cooking Grimoire even an unfamiliar cuisine could easily won the hearts of any gourmet in their respective region.
It wasn't long before Konrad's recipe assortment increased by a few new dishes that he missed on his last excursion into the city. The girls also enjoyed the food and Octavia even won a food eating contest to his and Miastiti's amusement. Non of them commented on the unfairness of the fact that Octavia could easily eat an entire elephant if she so desired...
Konrad sparred a few minutes to check up on Lucy, and seeing that she was alright he went back to his girls before taking everyone back to the Palace.
But it wasn't the end of their trip. His next destination was the room in the Lab designated for teleportation Formations.
He allowed himself to spare a look at a line of memento formations of different kinds, starting with a wooden formations with blood runes, followed by a concrete ones and ending on ones made out of magical metals. It was an idea he had when thinking of how to utilize the old formations that he had no use of, and finally came up with putting them on display like in a museum, successfully turning them into decorations.
He returned his gaze to the main part of the room where a number of Teleportation Formations stood in a neat row on a bunch of decorative elevated platforms. This place was becoming more and more professional and neat the more they lived here...
They walked up onto the platform with a label above it saying 'Home' and with a flash of light, they were gone....
