1 Journey to the Past

"AAHHHH!!" In a distant void, a soul was being disintegrated into nothingness!

It's unwillingness was the only thing that's keeping it intact from being shredded completely.

"FUCKKK!!"

"NOO!"

"I CAN'T FAIL!"

"I'm almost there..." One of its arms was already gone while the other was breaking bit by bit…

"I was...so...clos-.."

"I Can't…!

"I can-...." The souls' light was dimming greatly. Its body was turning into light particles piece by...piece…

"Wh-y?" It asked weekly…

It's golden eyes that were glowing so brightly just moments ago had lost its luster…

And just seconds before it completely disappears its 'lives' flashed before it's eyes!

Gaia (a world similar to Earth) year 7000

Marya Continent, Borin Empire, a battle was taking place somewhere near its southern border…

The very battle that will brought life-

to The Enemy of All Worlds…

Inside an abandoned building, two shadowy figures can be seen inside a cloud of dust…

A youth and a middle aged man were fighting inside an abandoned building that was situated inside a forest. The youth looked like he was in his early twenties, he had an ear length auburn hair, he had dark grey eyes, high nose bridge, thin lips and he was quite tall about 6 ft. He's wearing a plain black hooded jacket with black jeans and black shoes contrasting his pale yet healthy skin. And there's also an eerie black ring on the middle finger of his right hand. The middle aged man that he was fighting appears to be in his late thirties. He was quite tanned. He had short auburn hair while his eyes were hazel in color. The most striking thing about this man was his scar that started from his cheek that ran all the way down to his neck. He was wearing a black military uniform with gold linings and gold epaulette reserved for those with high ranks and it was paired with a black cape. He was a behemoth of a man with his thick bulging muscles paired with his tall physique. He was way taller and bigger than the youth who has a slim but also muscular build.

Piles of corpses were littered all around them. They're all wearing a black military uniform like the middle aged man but their uniform indicates that they belong to a much lower rank. It seemed that the middle aged man was their general. The way that they died can only be described as gruesome! Only a handful of them can hardly be recognized. It looked like they went into a shredder. The abandoned building that they were fighting on had already crumbled. Debris was flying everywhere, blood had painted the floor red and the dust never seemed to settle down...

They kept on trading blow after blow until one of them was blown outside through the third floor wall of the building…

A figure came crashing outside the building creating a small pit and sending broken pavements everywhere.

Before the dust settled in a giant figure got up from the pit.

*Puh* The middle aged man spits a mouthful of blood while wiping his blood stained lips with his hands.

He looked up at the hole in the wall he went through and saw a youth standing there nonchalantly looking at him with an amused expression…

"MARCUS YOU UNGRATEFUL BRAT! I treated you like family! How could you do this?!!" Jericho snarled at the youth.

"Hahahah Family huh? To think that the Great War God of Borin actually knew the word 'family'." Marcus found it funny that this cold blooded murderer actually knew the word family…

Jericho watched Marcus with a cold piercing gaze.

"Tell me! Are you part of the Black Sun?!" Jericho asked.

"Part of it? HAHAHAHHAHA" Marcus laughed as if he heard the funniest joke.

Jericho thought that his guess was wrong-

"I'm its founder" Marcus continued…

Jericho's eyes widened and his pupils constricted while looking at the youth above.

"What?!" He asked with a disbelief expression..

Marcus saw his expression and laughed even harder…

"HAHAHAHA You think I'm lying? Here see for yourself!" Marcus took his top off displaying his well toned body. He had a fist size scar on the left side of his chest that looked like a scale of a snake.

Jericho stared at him with trembling eyes. No, he wasn't staring at the scar…

He was staring at the black tattoo that looked like a sun on the right part of his chest! The symbol of that terrifying terrorist organization! The Black Sun!

They only appeared about 5 years ago but they already almost destroyed their economy. They also poisoned the Empires water system using designer poison. It took them three months to make an antidote and close to 3 Million people had already died then. The Borin Empire was the largest and most powerful Empire of Gaia with a population of 4.7 Billion. It was founded on Marya Continent which was the biggest Continent. It has abundant resources and the climate wasn't harsh. Gaia has Nine Continents and is Six times bigger than that of Earth.

The number of crimes the Black Sun have committed are far too many to be forgiven. And to think that the one leading them was the youth in front of him who he treated like a family.

'No! He's gotta be lying' Jericho thought.

Jericho would never believe even if he's beaten to death that a mere youth could lead a terrifying organization like the Black Sun. He's definitely part of them but him being the leader...'hmpf I don't think so!'

'That tattoo, it's unmistakably the symbol of that evil group. I estimate that with his strength he should be part of the top brass but he's too young. Maybe he's related to the leader'. Jericho analyzed Marcus' position inside the Black Sun.

'To think that I actually brought a wolf inside my home' regret flashed before his eyes.

"Hmpf! You think you can get away with this? The Union should've already sensed the energy fluctuation in this area! They should be arriving any minute now!" Jericho said with a smug expression.

Even though they were located near its border, he has confidence that they could catch Marcus. Even if he escaped and went to another Country they should still be able to track him. Much less the Country that's beyond this border was under their Empire. The only way he can get out of this mess is through teleportation. Or more exactly, teleporting to another Continent. Which was impossible because it would take a lot of time and it would also leave residual Radiation from the place that he would go to. They can just contact the Kingdom that's in charge of that place and they would surely help them catch this Little Monster.

"Let's see how you can escape from here!" He continued.

*Sigh* Marcus sighed while shaking his head.

Then he smiled eerily at Jericho..

When Jericho saw this his heart clenched, feeling a bad premonition!

"You think I planned to escape? I already knew that the Union was coming. After all, how can they just watch when their loyal dog is getting its ass kicked! My only concern is, will there be enough coming?" He asked Jericho.

"You think you can handle every-" Jericho was about to belittle Marcus when he was interrupted.

"And oh by the way, I heard from Jane that Jackson joined the Hound Squad." Marcus added.

When Jericho heard this, his head immediately turned to the corpses outside. And like the ones on the inside they can hardly be recognized…

His eyes went bloodshot! He was literally fuming with anger. And how could he not, the Hound Squad was always the first to be sent when investigating a 'Mutant' related case. And his only son Jackson was part of them.

"YOU DARE?!" Jericho shouted angrily! He pounced with a full force punch thrown at Marcus!

"HAHAHAH WHY WOULDN'T I DARE?!!" Marcus laughed like a maniac and rushed toward Jericho while throwing a punch of his own!

*BOOM!* Their fist collided. Sending them both backward. And immediately after they landed they rushed toward each other again.

*Boom* *Boom* Fist after fist collided. Kick after kick made contact!

They were destroying everything unintentionally. The shockwaves that they created had uprooted the trees. Every time they landed or were pinned down by one another, they were creating small craters all around the forest.

Such a battle was to be expected when two Generators fight each other!

This World is far more advanced than that of Earth. Their Technology is so advanced that the living beings on this World had to advance with it if they wanted to survive. The air is no longer pure Oxygen, Gamma Radiation is mixed along with it. With this in the Atmosphere, mutation was to be expected.

Five thousand Years ago.

The first mutation occured Five Thousand Years ago when humans of this era were born deformed, they all had inflated heads. It went on for about 200 years until they were born normally again, but the newly born infants were much more intelligent than that of the former generation. More and more prodigy were born that Technology advanced even more faster. Spaceships that can travel at Light Speed were made possible Seven Hundred Years later. But with too much Technological development, resources were bound to be depleted. Looking for a new World was an option but it will take too long even with the help of the Spaceships that can travel at Light Speed. There was also the debate on how much percent would each Country spend and how much benefit they would get…

In the end a pact was made, 'The Pact Of Kings', it states that Nine powerful Countries would each send a scout to look for a World with compatible resources and would share all of their findings to one another. Oddly enough, these Nine Countries were all under the rule of a King. Thus the name of the pact. These Nine Kingdoms came from each of the Nine Continent.

Alas….

The Ships that they sent never came back.
