Chapter 5 : Apsara

"Bali...!!!!   wow what an amazing name"

Vriksha ran to hold his dear son again and share his enthusiasm with him.

"From today on your name is Bali , My dear son"

'If it's what you want then okay I guess... I accept this name '

Thinking this , Ritesh's little body reacted otherwise and a laugh and giggle came out from his baby mouth.

"Wawa wawa"

"Look how happy he is,looks like he liked this name "

Apoorva held her son's tiny hand and smiled.

"Yeah,Bali... my dear son as Narad muni said I also wish you became the strongest in this world"

"Narayan....Narayan ,Looks like everything is okay now,So I take my leave from here...I have yet to visit so many places."

"But Muni .... you"

Before Vriksha could say any further Narad muni vanished in thin air as he had appeared before.

Vriksha then walked at the edge of the quadruple and saw below from the rooftop , between the castle and the castle's door the people of the Kishkindha kingdom in a throng were waiting to take a glimpse of their prince.

Ritesh was surprised to see so many Vanar People at the same time.

"Why there so many of them here"

The Vanars people who looked rather thin,small and ordinary compared to Vriksha , Pointed at the little prince.

"Look he's here"

Females from the crowd extended their arms as if they wanted to hold the Prince.

"Wow ....how cute is he"

"Yaayyyyy , our prince"

Vriksha raised his both hands while holding Bali ,This reminded Ritesh now Bali, the scene he saw in a movie where a monkey lifts a lion cub in front of animals just like how he is presented in front of the people of Kishkindha now the image alone was enough to make him laugh, he giggled in his mind.

"What an idiotic scene is this but well at least they are cheering for me here not despising me."

While still holding the little baby , Vriksha Shouted in a loud voice.

"HERE HE IS THE PRINCE OF KISHKINDHA AND MY HEIR TO THRONE HE IS MY SON HIS NAME IS... BALI"

The crowd rejoiced at the announcement and all of them cheered for the prince while jumping and dancing.

"Yaaayyyy...Long live the prince Bali"

Seeing those faces full of happiness and enthusiasm he thought of his past life ,Was he able to witness such a thing? If people greeted him like this or if he had people who started tearing with happiness for him , The answer was obvious No! So he accepted this reality , this world ....and thought , he was reborn again to live a life that he would not be able to live in his past life.

Seeing the bright expression on his sons face both Apoorva and Vriksha also thought ,

"Our son is really happy with all of this."

One year had passed after Bali's naming ceremony.He was now immersed in this new world and its peoples.

"Bali where are you... my dear come out please"

Searching for him around every corner , Apoorva was in a playful mood.

"Prince, where are you?"

The servants also seemed to join in this hide and seek game between the mother and her son.

"Oh looks like we can't find you son..... you really are amazing in hiding"

Wiggling his little tail, the baby monkey slowly ran with both his hands and legs on the ground trying to hide from everyone hiding around the giant walls of the castle,Passing through the doors and also hiding in the corners of every room chambers he entered.

'You can't find me that easily , he he'

With passing time he became efficient in using his body parts that were out of his control , when he was born,In playful manner he tried to stand up on his feet but...

DHUM!!

He fell on his back .

'Ouch, looks like I still can't stand up on my legs...Ah! Just because of this Da*n tail'

He was a human not so long ago , So it was obvious for him to not understand how to control his body that balances its weight with the help of a tail,He grabbed the tail between his legs.

'Com'n come in my control please'

His expression looked like he was giving up on this task ,He let go of the tail after looking at it ferociously and rolled his body to the right to walk again on his hands and legs but while doing so Apoorva approached him from behind silently.

"I found you"

She lifted him so vastly that Bali was shocked out of wits.

'Ahhhh what is.... oh its mother'

"So I won right?"

'What are you expecting from a year old that he will answer you with a nod or he will say something ...Mother I'm just a year kid old!!'

"My lady he can't talk just now it will take him some more years before he can start speaking"

"Yeah I know I am also waiting when he start saying me Ma "

Bali looked lovingly at Apoorva.

'Yeah I'm trying that but I can't talk , so sorry Ma!'

Apoorva walked to her chamber while making childish faces and trying to make her son laugh.

"My lady, are you returning to the chamber early today?"

"Yeah , I feel somehow more tired today ... don't know why?"

Apoorva reached to the bed and placed Bali on it and sat beside him and started massaging her head.

'Why do I suddenly feel so dizzy.....'

While saying that , Apoorva fell down on his back suddenly  with closed eyes,Bali reached out to his mothers lying body and started crying ,The servant ran toward her and panicked.

"My lady ...what happened .... she's not opening her eyes"

The servant tried to talk with Apoorva but she didn't responded,Sweat covered the poor servant's face she looked at other servant with troubled eyes.

"I will call them"

The other woman ran through the door at full speed ,After a while the old priest came through the door and started checking Apoorva.

The servants in fearful voices with terrified expressions surrounded the bed.

"We were just standing here...Than she fell suddenly"

"don't worry, I'm checking." 

The old priest opened Apoorva's eyelids and looked in her eyes .

 Then suddenly the sound of heavy footsteps approaching the chamber could be heard everywhere.

"What happened to her... Apoorva"

Vriksha just ran straight to Apoorva with a worried expression on her face.

"Is she fine ?...Or is it serious"

"Don't worry I'm checking"

The old priest, after looking in Apoorva's eyes, held Apoorva's wrist with her fingers,After examining for a while she looked at Vriksha's face.

"What.... is this much serious?...Don't worry just tell me what to bring here , I can bring everything for you from anywhere even if I have to go beyond the heavens or to the depths of hell I will bring you any medicine , any kind of plant ....just, just tell me."

Vriksha looked at the old woman with determined eyes.

"I'm afraid.....tha..."

Before she could say any further Vriksha spoke while bending his knees to sit on the ground.

"So the issue is that serious ...haan"

The old priest pulled Vriksha's hand quickly.

"Don't jump the gun kid... .You know that she's an Apsara (nymph)....So she's immune to any normal earthlings disease or any other problems ...Cheer up ,It's a good news"

To hear the word apsara from old priest mouth Bali in a confused state just thought.

 'What ?...An Apsara is my mom really from heaven?'

On the other hand Vriksha after hearing the word Good news paused for a moment to process this news that come out of nowhere but then, when he realised what old priest meant about the good news his face bloomed with happiness and he straightened his body while clenching his both fists he shouted.

"Yes.... !!!!"

This loud shriek made everyone look at him But then suddenly they all felt the rising temperature around their vicinity ,Bali too felt the sudden heat , his eyes followed the source of the heat and what he saw, made him to open his mouth in astonishment , his pupil grew larger ....though he was an year old , his expression became that of a man , who was looking a wonder happening right in front of his eyes , It was vriksha , the heat was coming from his body , first of his hairs/fur started to blaze with fire than slowly his mouth hand legs every part of his body turn into fire it looked as if his entire body became pure fire.

KRIIICCSHHHHHHH

"YOU WILL BURN EVERYTHING YOU BRAT.."

The old priest yelled at Vriksha while covering Apoorva and Bali with his frail body , Everyone present was also trying to protect themselves by hiding behind their arms.

This heat and the loud roar of vriksha and screams of everyone made Apoorva regain her consciousness, Still lying on the bed and covered by the old Priest , she looked at Vriksha who was still ablazed in fire and extended his left hand.

"Are you mad ..."

She spoke silently and muttered something , After that from her hand a silver colour glow occurred and within a second something started to cover everyone's body except Vriksha .

CHIIICHIIIIICHIIIIIICHII

 It was not a cloth or a wall but it looked like creepers of a plant , that had some patterns with silver colour ,When everyone was covered in those strange creepers they all felt that now the heat was not affecting them,Bali also felt the same he looked at his mother with his little eyes.Apoorva was rubbing her hand on his head and she was smiling.

'Is this magic ? or some type of Sorcery...!?'

 Then Bali tilted his little head to his father who was still looking up and shouting with excitement with a blazing body.

Apoorva screamed loudly.

"VRIKSHA STOP IT ... DO TOU WANT TO KILL YOUR SON.."

This outcry made Vriksha snap out of his senses and made him look around him.

"Oh...Sorry looks like I carried away a little"

Vriksha scratched his chin and made an expression of a child who was going to be scolded by his mother.

Apoorva took out a sigh of relief while placing his hand on her forehead.

"What will I do with you?"

"Hehe...sorry "

Bali spun his head to his left and right , he was just checking... What was the expression of everybody present there about this incident?He saw something extraordinary so he was expecting the same reaction that he had , On everyone's face but.... everyone was acting as if it was normal .

'Wait ..... Is this really normal here!?'

This incident made him question about this new world that he was reborn in just now after seeing what happened right in front of him he just thought.

'This is not normal....guys'
