Jonathan's POV

     The rusty metalic flavour was all I could taste, her scent devoured my senses and left me out of control.

Her blood dripped from the corner of my mouth as gulbed it ,That when I came back to my senses it was too late, as she collapsed into my arms lifelessly.

Her warmth that always embraced me was replaced by frost coldness,the coldness of death.

I hated myself millions of times for what I commited.

She was the only bright piece in my life, a face as if made from a portion of the moon itself.

Eyes as blue and deep as the sea which was now shut closed.

At this moment,I only had one choice it was to turn her into a vampire before she loses her last breathe.

It was my first time ever to turn a human.

I was selfish,why couldn't I just let her die in peace instead of letting her lead that dark life similar to mine ,as a blood sucking monster?my passion blinded me to what was right.

But it was all in vain.

After I made my decision that I would keep her by my side even if I had to turn her into a monster like me.

I bite the inside of my mouth,my blood tasted like nothing at all.

I adjusted her small body to make her sit upright supported by my arm and lifted her chin gently leaning in so our lips met for the last time.

Her lips were as cold as ice the moment my lips brushed it.

"Master,It's over.she is no longer alive.."

Joseph bitterly said,but my mind couldn't process his words.

A tear rolled down my eyes to land on her pale face.

"Master,you shouldn't waste your precious pureblood...."

I ignored him as I stared at my sleeping beauty who remained motionless.

Joseph squated near her touching her wrist then glanced at me with eyes full of sorrow and said,

"Master,she can not be saved anymore..."

He said as he got up and took her from my arms and carried her out.

My body went numb but my tears kept streaming slowly from my now cold eyes.

"Master!!"

"Master,wake up!!"

I opened my eyes to find myself on my bed,hands clitching over the blanket and cheeks wet from tears.

I sat up abruptly and wiped my cheeks dry.

The maid who woke me up was perplixed of my sudden action.

"Master,Are you cr- "

"Am not! It's Just...It was raining,Thank you for waking me up,Rosie,You can leave."

I inturrupted her as I stuttered then ended my sentence with a fake smile.

The maid glanced at the ceiling making sure it was still there, glanced at me and blinked few times in confusion.

It took her quiet a long time trying to comprehend what I just said, then turned away leaving the room while murmuring.

Great,now my maid thinks I lost my mind.

I got up from bed lazily, as I was about to head to the bathroom the door swung open where Joseph entered with a concerned face.

"Master! Is everything okay?"

He questioned.

Ugh,Talkative maids in this house will drive me crazy for real.

I ignored him and headed to the bathroom slamming the door shut and leaving my butler puzzled.

After filling the bathtub with water I slowly stepped inside immersing my whole tense body in the warm water.

I'm tired of nightmares of such kind,which I usually get when am stressed.

I thought before resting my head and falling back asleep.

End of Jonathan's POV

At Seungcheol's room,past midnight,he was sprawled on bed and peacefully sleeping when someone knocked on the door softly.

That didn't seem to wake him up,so the door was slammed open at once revealing Emeralda with a face full of concerne.

But soon she calmed down when she saw him sleeping peacefully while breathing steadily,she thought he died.

She was about to turn around and leave when she heard his sleepy voice.

"Emeralda,Is that you?"

He said in a husky deep voice.

She turned back, then walked towards him. He was now sitting upright while staring into the nothingness.

She ceased once she aproached his bed when she noticed his barely buttoned shirt, his well built body and beautiful abs.

He yawned then got up from bed and realiesing she was gawking at him for no reason.

"What with the shocked expression?Did I grow bat wings on my head or something??"

He asked as he placed his hand on his own head.

She figured out she's been staring for too long ,so she looked away with embarassment while stuttering,

"Y-You look fine,I g-guess.."

He exhaled in relief then headed to the bathroom,leaving her sweating nervously.

(Same Emeralda,Same..)

She took a deep breathe then the thought came to her,Why did she come to his room again??

She was about to leave when she heard  knocking on the door then the butler entered followed by a maid who carried a tray full of so many tiny plates in which was a varriety of food.

"Lady,Emeralda?Why are you here?" He asked.

"Hm?Nothing,I was just checking...um..checking on Seungcheol!"

She said as her ears turned red.

The butler nodded in understanding.

A heavy silence filled the room and it only was broken when Seungcheol came out of the bathroom fully dressed and looking fine and neat.

"My apology for visiting when you just had woke up,mister"

The butler said as he half bowed to him.

"I came to inform you that my master requested you and miss Emeralda to see him at the living room after you get up and have your meals."

He added politely.

Seungcheol clicked his tongue then nodded.

After an hour, both Seungcheol and Emeralda were sitting in the living room as a heavy atmosphere filled the space.

"Here you both are."

Said Jonathan who appeared in the middle of the room from thin air,which starteled both of them.

He took a seat in front of them while holding a big book ,which also appeared in his grip from thin air.

"I thought I should inform you both about the rules of the vampire world briefly."

Jonathan said in a proud tone.

Seungcheol raised his brows in confusion then got up saying in an impatient tone,

"Thank you for your kindness and hostility but we are fine not knowing,lets go Emeralda."

He was about to leave when his head bumbed to Jonathan's forehead who had just teleported in front of the door.

"Ouch! Okay,So,Rule number seven hundred and seven,An ex-human Vampire should always stay within a Thirty meters distance from his master,Rule number four hundred and five,An ex-human Vampire shouldn't be mean to his master."

Jonathan said as he held his huge book in front of Seungcheol's face.

"What on earth are those rules?who made them up?plus why is it four hundren and Five not Four?"

Asked Seungcheol in a mocking tone.

"Because Rule four hundred and four is not found."

Jonathan said with a straight face which made Emeralda crack up laughing behind Seungcheol, who turned to her in disbelieve,then turned back to Jonathan and said,

"I cringed from the lame joke! And what will happen to this ex-human if he broke those rules though?"

"He would just become lunatic,and might lose control over his desire to drink humans' blood. Hence,hurt the people who were close to him during his human life."

Jonathan simply said while just throwing the book away to disapear in thin air just like it appeared.

"I guess,I might become lunatic if I stayed within just a few meters from this master of mine."

Said Seungcheol sarcasticly.

"Well,You have to follow the rules if you don't wish to lose yourself and hurt your loved ones."

Said Jonathan as he shrugged.

"Also,As for humans who were bitten by a vampire,Rule number four hundred and fifty seven.."

he stated as he glanced over Seungcheol's shoulders at Emeralda.

"He/she must stay close by him as a source of human blood unless she/he also turns to a vampire."

He added.

"I'm a vampire huntress for your knowledge,I could kill you both,you must be kidding me!"

She objected.

"I know you wouldn't."

Said Jonathan as he peered into her eyes confidently.

"Ah also,you could be of help to Cheollie with your herbal knowledge ,you just need to read this book thoroughly."

He added as the huge book fell into her arms from thin air again leading her to gasp in surprise.

"Now Cheol you got to come with me somewhere fun."

Said Jonathan as he smirked.

"What type of 'Fun' do you mean?"asked Seungcheol suspiciously.

"Oh! Like a humans bar or something." said Jonathan as he beamed,Then disappeard ,for the thousandth time this day.

Emeralda was skimming through the book Jonathan gave her while murmuring.

So she didn't notice the tiny earthquack Seungcheol literally made out of fury.
