"Orion?", A confused voice escaped William's mouth.

"Yes you are my Orion", Goddess Artemis said with a smile on her face.

William took a good look at this Goddess who suddenly came out of nowhere and started addressing him as her so called 'Orion', he used a minute of his life to think about it and came to a simple conclusion.

He didn't know what Orion means.

And neither did he care.

"G-goddess help!", The Half-Elf said in a weak voice while staring at Artemis with watery eyes.

Artemis looked at her before saying to William.

"Please let go of her Orion."

"Tell them to drop their weapons first.", William pointed at the group surrounding him using his eyes.

"Everyone please put away your arrows."

"But Goddess!"

Before the red-haired captain could protest, Goddess Artemis raised her hand and stopped her from speaking.

"I have faith in Orion and I ask the same from all of you."

Hearing her words, the familia members no longer had a reason to complain, although they were unable to understand just why their goddess trusted the stranger so much when they have just met.

*Clank*

Several bows and swords simultaneously dropped to the ground making loud noises.

"Can you let go of her now Orion?"

"I hope a dignified God will not go back on her words.", William said as he slowly released the Half-Elf from his hold.

Even if they are unarmed, lvl2 and 3 adventurers are a huge threat to him but it's not like he had much choice anyway, the burden of holding down a lvl2 has already made him push himself to the limit, any longer and might not have been able to maintain the hold.

"Y-You pervert!", The Half-Elf shouted with a beat red face as she threw her head back as soon as she regained her freedom, hitting William right on the face.

The surprise attack caught William off guard and directly send him unconscious.

"O-Orion!"

The last thing he heard before his vision turned blurry was the goddess's worried voice.

"W-what should we do now?", Goddess Artemis said in a worried voice as carefully touched William's forehead.

She looked at her familia members for help as she has never been in contact with a man before and didn't know how to treat one either.

But just like her, her familia members were also just as confused.

"It doesn't look like there are any major wounds on his body", The red-haired captain Rethusa said as she carefully observed him.

"I think he passed out due to weakness."

"If he was awake we could have fed him a potion.....", Rethusa frowned as she shook he small glass bottle in her hand.

"G-goddess I-I...", The Half-Elf Lante.

"It's alright Lante I understand it's not your fault.", Artemis said in a flat voice but she couldn't hide her slightly disappointed gaze.

"If it's weakness then I think he should be waking up soon.", Rethusa concluded.

"But what happened to the hostage.....", Rethusa's gaze unknowingly landed on the cut ropes lying beside the stupid looking horse.

*Sigh*

Sighing lightly she got ready to chase after him.

"I'll catch him!".

But the Half-Elf Lante was faster, she ran like she was escaping a crime scene.

Rethusa scratched her head before gesturing towards her familia members to leave.

Then her gaze landed back in her Goddess Artemis who was still worriedly caressing William's forehead.

"Let's take him back to the camp first."

[4 hours later]

"He's still not waking up.", Goddess Artemis said in a sad voice while sitting beside the unconscious William.

Rethusa wanted to say that they should try and wait a little longer but seeing her Goddess's sad expression, she couldn't say it.

There was also the Half-Elf Lante sitting nearby with a gloomy expression on her face.

"Ark! Heek! D-don't hit me! Stop!"

Hearing the loud cries of a person, Rethusa turned her head and saw the familiar Gambit bound up and hung using a tree.

Unsurprisingly Lante who was a lvl2 adventurer easily caught Gambit who was just a normal human, the forest didn't help Gambit hide either as every member of Artemis familia was a seasoned hunter.

He acted like a tough person at first but after he saw Rethusa who was not even held his size easily pick him up using a single hand, he decided to spill the beans.

And with a goddess by their side they were able to confirm the authenticity of his words as well, after all you can't lie to a god.

"He should wake up if i give him my blessing.", Goddess Artemis said as she bit down on her thumb under the bewildered gaze of her familia.

"W-wait Goddess!", Rethusa said in an almost shouting voice.

Artemis turned her head and looked at her.

"D-din't you say that our familia only takes in female members?"

"Yes."

"T-then why...", Rethusa didn't finish her sentence but her gaze was fixed on William.

"Ah it's because he's not just any man but my Orion.", Artemis said as a matter of fact.

Her answer left Rethus speechless, she didn't know what 'Orion' was but it definitely menat something big for her Goddess.

So under their curious eyes, the 20 members of Artemis familia waited in anticipation to get their first male member.

A drop of blood flowed down goddess Artemis's finger, but just before it was about to drop, a hand grabbed her wrist and pushed it away.

The sudden turn of events surprised Artemis, a pair of apathic eyes filled with a sense of desolation stared straight at her.

"Orion....why?.."

"I don't want your blessing."

William said in a flat voice.

"As I am already a part of the Soma familia."
