GENERAL POV.

Rune had been in a meditative position for about a day since his fight with Sukuna had ended. The Curse is currently trying to get a grasp on just how refined and deep his cursed energy reserves are…

And for the most part, Rune is sure that not even Yuta or Gojo can compare. With one of his wishes being Absolute Cursed Energy manipulation, his control and finesse with his abilities are on the same level as Gojo Satoru' or even higher.

The two would have to compete for that. But now? Rune is trying to time his incarnation back into the world. He has no reason to stay within Yuji and use him as a vessel. Sukuna is dead, and he took his place.

Why shouldn't he speed it up?

The only thing that was bothering him was that Gojo was supposed to fight Jogo soon. The time within his innate domain was speed up, so while he spent a week and some change fighting Sukuna, in the real world it's only been a couple days.

Yuji was still working on his cursed energy control and by now, he had nearly perfected it. 

Opening his eyes, Rune groaned. 'I'm bored. I figure that when Gojo leaves to come get Yuji, I'll incarnate then and just leave as fast as I possibly can. Then, I can go have some fun with Jogo myself and then go into hiding.

Yuji' disappearance will no doubt set off Gojo- Hell, he might even go kill the higher ups or single handedly go along with his plan of flipping the Jujutsu World on its head. Either way, I'll still be free.'

Then it hit him.

'If I incarnate now while Gojo is gone, I can go ahead and start making my way towards the forest area they fought at. But I can take my time and just enjoy my freedom for a bit… I could just take on the mantle of another Sukuna and start wreaking havoc.

It would be fun fighting against everyone at the same time, especially since I can't die. I'm sure Kenjaku would be pissed though, and he'd have to find a way to seal me while also keeping a way to seal Gojo in the mix.

He can't handle us both.' 

It was a solid idea, but there are many factors he wasn't aware of. His intervention with Sukuna and his existence alone, had boosted the strength of the Jujutsu world, essentially causing another rift to break similar to that of when Gojo Satoru was born.

The chaos would come sooner than in the original reading regardless of whether he had a hand in it or not.

Rune had fallen out of his meditative state by now. Leisurely laying on a rather comfortable pile of bones as he just observed the same movies Yuji was watching.

Hours went by and nothing eventful happened, but Rune was thankful that he had recognized at least SOME of the movies that were being watched. 'The spin offs and rather tiny differences make it interesting. Kinda felt like I was watching a really good fanfiction movie.'

Some more time went by until Gojo had popped up and grabbed Yuji, Rune was stunned, he thought he had more time. 'Ah shit! Now I have to wait.'

"Hey, Yuji? You feel different- Well, the guy inside you does." Satoru tilted his head. Itadori could only blink awkwardly as he was being held in a rather humiliating position.

"T-Thanks? I felt the change too, but I didn't dwell on it too much. He still gives off his evil, brooding vibe. It's just a lot… eviler…" Satoru hummed. And in the blink of an eye, the duo had found themselves just above water.

In front of them? One of the famed disaster curses- Jogo the Volcano.

Rune watched on, curious to see if maybe he could find a way to escape this place without Gojo noticing. However, his best bet would be when Itadori goes back to his basement of training. He remembered that there was a month-long time skip after this little encounter.

'Itadori will then run into Junpei, but I'll stop that from happening. I want to have time to run in with the Jujutsu World. I just don't know how I'll fair against the other powerhouses; There's no chance that Gojo will ever forgive me for basically consuming Yuji.

I'm not necessarily scared of Gojo, but the man will be an irritating character to attempt to fight. I'd have to force him into a Domain Battle, even then, I'd have to be faster than him. Anyways, no point in worrying about that now.

I'm still stuck in Yuji for the time being.' So, the incarnate returned to lazing around, watching the events play out the exact same way they did in the manga and anime.

'Maybe I should have a little fun and take over during the Goodwill event… That should be happening soon.' Rune mentally shrugged, it really didn't matter to him. He doesn't have the ability nor the blueprint to cut through space like Mahoraga did.

Though, if he put his mind to it and decided to fall into an end-game fight sequence not even a month into his "rebirth/transmigration." He possibly could.

Will he? No, because that's a lot of time spent fighting Gojo when he really could be out doing whatever he wants, his true goal. 'I'll probably wait till after Mahito. He's basically looking for me right now anyway, so eventually I'll have some fun.' And just like that, the incarnation of the world's greatest evil had closed his eyes and fell right back into a meditative position.
