# She does not need others to know about her to maintain her existence like other normal Gods.

About Immortality -

Shiva is technically not Immortal. His life span is just too long and as he can revive himself using Faith Power even if he dies by chance. So, ROB made Miyuki immortal as she can't use faith power as she is not a god from myth.

Maybe there are some powers Shiva may don't have or there are some powers only Carlin/Miyuki has but Shiva does not have. It's kind of a 'give and take'. Shiva is a God from myth, so there will be some obvious difference between him and Carlin. As Carlin will also have some extra powers which Shiva does not have as compensation.

Don't take these technical matters so seriously. I am not the researcher type, so didn't look in deep too much. When you feel something is not the same as canon, consider it as an effect of a parallel world or twist from the ROB.

For example: When Carlin chose her body to be the same as Yotsuba Miyuki, maybe it did not mean only her look would be the same as Yotsuba Miyuki, maybe her body's constitution fully became like Yotsuba Miyuki also and had a mutation by mixing with God-level powers.

But it can't be said for sure for now. The protagonist will or maybe won't find out about these matters in the future herself.
