Looking at the room Infront of them, they thanked God for being born to a rich family.

As they enter the black room, they could feel an absurd density of energy weighting down on their body.

As they are about to walk deeper into the room, a voice interrupted their march.

"Good luck my son and daughter, may the goddess of fate look upon you" (Lina)

Turning toward the voice, we saw Queen Lina, smiling softly with Mina standing on the entrance. Behind them I saw my father waving at us from a far, seemingly trying to hide from my mother.

Seeing them like this I felt happy and warmth. A warmth that I never had in my past live, the presence of both of my parents that I always wished for.

"Family huh...." (Rayford)

'This feeling isn't bad at all' (Rayford)

With a smile I turn back and head towards the center

Looking at Rayford's side, I sadly smiled. Because of [Synchronize] I knew exactly how he felt. Even though I'm curious about his past, I couldn't say anything, all I could do is wait until he talk about it him self.

Breaking my thought Ray spoke

"Let's go" (Rayford)

"Yeah..." (Laila)

As the gate of the room closed, we walked towards the center of the room.

The further they went the stronger the pressure became. As we reach the center, Rayford's voice resounded from my side.

"Are you ready Laila?" (Rayford)

As it was a given, I spoke

"Of course I am, you shouldn't mess things up" (Laila)

"I won't, in the first place my control is better than yours" (Rayford)

"If so, lets begin" (Laila)

With that, we sat on the ground beside each other and started the ascension ritual.

Mana that the dragon heart emitted started to leak faster the same goes for the elf tear as it is spewing an insane amount of vitality inside the room.

Pain started to seeped into my body as the pressure gotten many times stronger then before reaching an amount difficult to endure. Even as the pain increase, we didn't lose our focus, Laila move the energy into us while I focus on controlling the flow of energy.

Because of Laila's trait, she had absurd speed when gathering any form of energy, she would be able to shoot out large amount of mana that would've took other minutes in an instant. This just showed how talented she was.

As we continue absorbing energy the pain grew worst, I could feel our body getting stronger and our energies purer.

After the time that felt like an eternity,

Crack-!

I felt some thing shattered in my body, with the sound of glass shattering we succeeded.

Opening my eyes, I found my self in a unfamiliar place, looking around I saw Laila staring at the sky in a daze.

The place we are in right now is stunningly beautiful. Soft green grass envelop the ground, Island floating in clear blue sky, and surrounding us were trees with orange leave.

"Autumn leaves" (Laila)

She spoke in a daze.

Looking around, I saw a lake with an island at it's center. Instinctively we walked.

Following the road for around 10 minutes, we reach the center of the small island located in the center of the lake.

"Welcome young chosen one, I've been waiting for you"

Turning our gaze towards the voice, we saw a person leaning on the giant tree.

He had the appearance of a young man despite his way of speaking, his face is undoubtably handsome making models around the world paled in comparison. With his deep green eyes, he looked at us from top to bottom.

Seemingly satisfied, he spoke

"Congratulation for ascending to A rank, My name is Gayle Ventus one of the pillars of Celestia" (Gayle)

"Thanks?" (Rayford)

"But, where are we?" (Laila)

Looking at the sky, he said

"This place is on of the artificial world created by Daias" (Gayle)

"Daias?" (Rayford)

"Yes, Theo Daias created this world" (Gayle)

Hearing that familiar word Rayford fell in to his thought. Isn't Daias the company that made AO? Why did their name appeared here? Is it related to how we are transported here? If so what is his goal of doing that?

"There is a reason to why both of you are transported here" (Gayle)

"What do you want?" (Rayford)

At my respond, Gayle walk toward us

"We want you to help us" (Gayle)

"And how are we suppose to help a God?" (Laila)

With a smirk, he spoke as he hold our arm

"Just get stronger, only with that will you be able to help us" (Gayle)

Releasing our hand, a gentle breeze blew embracing us. The giant tree's leave shook

Hundreds of leave flew around following the flow of the wind.

More and more leave started to flew following the wind and block our vision.

Before we were fully envelope by the leaves, I saw Gayle spoke in a low voice. Reading his lips my eyes widen.

Before getting the chance to confirm his word, we woke up in the dark room.

Unlike before where the pressure is hard to bear, now we didn't feel any burden. Instead we fell overflowing power from our body indicating our ascension succeeded.

Instead of being happy, I recalled what I saw back at the artificial world. What Gayle said is very concerning.

Turning my gaze at Laila I nodded

"It seems we absolutely have to attend Arcana Academy to find more clue" (Rayford)

"Theo Daias and Daias Company" (Laila)

"This is a very interesting situation, It seems that the reason for our reincarnation are related to Theo Daias" (Rayford)

Cutting our discussion, a mechanical voice resounded
