5 What are you?

"Oh, come on," I murmured. Only a lunatic will hate such male god. Maybe he was a lunatic. I mean the guy whose body I now possess because this body could not be mine, right?

"He is the king," the cat told me.

Whoa! He looked like a king so there was absolutely no need for me to disbelief that except that he was not wearing a crown but maybe a crown was not needed in this world, you know.

"He is in the capital, so far away how then did I get to know him?" I asked baffled by the thought of the possibility that I once lived in the capital.

"He sent you back to this place because you offended him," the cat narrated without using too much words.

I nodded my head, now I know the reason why I hate him.

How could this handsome guy send me away . . .wait I mean send the man whose body I now occupy away from the palace making him have to start all over again, that's cruel.

"I must have made the king very unhappy," I told the cat thoughtfully. What could have been my crime?

"Yes, you had an affair with the king's fiancée," the cat replied without wasting any time. "You just need a dagger. The dagger on the right is the best," the cat told me.

I found the dagger I was told to pick. Holding it in my hand now, I could not help but get fascinated by the blade.

I know you must be wondering why I got amazed by a simple dagger but if you have seen a dagger with a blue blade then call me a fool for staring at it with my two eyes bearing the shape and size of a saucer.

After a while of blessing my eyes with the sight of the dagger, I looked at the cat in confusion. How could it give me a simple dagger instead of a gun?

It pointed its paws at a gun and gestured to me to get it. I did. I went towards the small pistol. It was black and heavy.

"I will clean them up for you while you take a bath. The bathroom is there," the cat told me when we returned to the room and I placed the things on the table.

"Okay, I hope hot water is available?" I asked.

From the inbuilt lights in the room, I knew this was a developed world but I really could not bath with cold water, in fact I could get sick from doing that.

The cat looked at me for a while before shaking its head and yawned tiredly. "Hot water is available," it replied me and got me wondering why it took him ten seconds to answer. It actually got me scared.

"Really?" I asked in jubilation as I ran towards the only door he had not opened or pointed towards as the exit.

The bathroom reminded me of my bathroom back on Earth and it got me very sad while standing and washing up under the shower but I walked out of it determined to get back to the world where I belong.

The cat had gotten a pair of black trousers and a black leather jacket ready for me on the bed.

When I got to the bed, I got dressed without bothering about the cat that was not bothered by the image of my naked body as it somehow used its claws and teeth to arrange a backpack for me.

Suddenly, a question came to my mind and I did not hesitate to ask. "Where do you come from? Can you remember who you were before coming here?" I asked the cat.

"Yes," it replied me naturally and that had me asking more questions naturally.

"What were you?" I know that question sound unreasonable because what else could it be if not a cat?

"I was a college student," that was the crazy answer I got that had me gripping my chest.

"What?" I asked in disbelief.

"I was a female college student," the cat gave me another answer but this time it was looking at my body without reservation.

For goodness' sake, I wanted to scream in frustration but who told me to remove my towel when I walked out of the bathroom when the room was not empty.

"You are joking right?" I asked as I used the towel to cover my poor body from the eyes of this college female student who transmigrated into the body of a male cat.

Now I noticed the pink and green in its eyes and I had myself wondering why I was not wise enough to connect the pink color to a girl. You know, most of the girls in my class loved pink colors.

It shook . . . no, she shook her head with a bored expression before using its fangs to hold the back and carried it to the bed.

"You don't have to call me master again," I told the cat as I found it weird to get called master by a college student when . . . you know. I just found it weird.

"I will always call you master. The fact that I was a college student does not change the fact that you are my master and we share a master and servant bond that must remain to avoid any trouble.

"We are getting late," she told me in displeasure as she began walking to the door she called the exit.

All these in just one day and the surprises were not over.

I zipped up the black leather jacket and wore a leather glove and shoes before following the cat outside the room into a corridor with three other doors. The cat walked to one of the door and simply used her paws to push it open.

It was a garage with a couple of high tech bikes and a sport car. I nodded in approval. At least I was not poor here too.

"We will take that bike," the cat told me as she pointed at the neater bike and began walking towards it.

"Wait! I don't know how to ride a bike," I told the cat with my head bowed in shame.

I used to have a bicycle but my father walked up me one day when I was playing with it at the back of my house and told me in his deep manly strict voice,

"You play with it now because when you get into junior high, I will never let you ride a motorcycle or a bicycle."

It will not be wrong to say his words traumatized me that I could not play with the bicycle again.

However, I consoled myself with the fact that I knew my father will never hesitate to let me ride an expensive car so I had to just wait until I become an adult.
