Lin Bai. 'Bai' as in 'White'. That was the name he was given and he was really proud of it too. His birth dad said when he was born, his skin looks unusually white and wrinkly, a bit like a dumpling. That's why this name was chosen.

His father would make fun of him saying he looks really ugly when he was born which made him very unhappy. He would ran off to complain to his birth dad and watch joyfully as his father got scolded.

The young Lin Bai was smart, he wasn't scared at all as he was determined to protect both himself and his family.

Lin Bai live with his wife peacefully and sometime took a long break to travel alongside his parent.

Both father and son was equally shameless, Qin Yan wasn't their opponent at all.

Lin Bai and Jie Ling wasn't able to have a child so they adopted a beta child instead.

Lin Bai who came to visit his parent with his wife and son was shocked at this sight, his hands were trembling as he ran to hug his parent.

"Father...dad..." Lin Bai stifled back his tears. His eyes stared at the sleeping couple emotionally.

Leaning down, he kissed both of his parent's forehead as he whispered in a sad tone, "I...wanna be your child again in the next life."
