chapter 1

This is my own story and if it is similar to any other story it is merely a coincidence or there is something sus going on. I realised that there are very few light hearted BL Apocalypse Transmigration novels so I went ahead and wrote one enjoy!

In a room, a pale-skinned boy can be seen lying on an expensive looking bed, in a fancy yet relatively simple  bedroom. It looked neat,well kept and smelled nice.

The boy had dark blue hair with silver tips that was moderately long . It was spread elegantly on the snow white pillow.

His breathing was steady and he appeared to be asleep. The boy slowly opened his eyes, blinking his eye lids a few times to restore his vision.

'Where am I?'

Ivan asked with confusion in his eyes. The last thing he remembered was seeing his lover kissing his best friend and then he blacked out . Just as Ivan thought back to what had happened, his face darkened.

He was twenty six when the apocalypse began . At that time his 'lover' was living with him. He woke up as a space and fire ability user and his lover as a water ability user. He never told anyone that he had a dual ability and only revealed his fire ability, he didn't even tell his lover.

They registered in a base together where he met his 'best friend' since middle school . He formed a team of strong ability users and was known as the most powerful team in K city's base . Even though his lover wasn't a strong ability user like him, he still appointed him as the second in command because of his feelings, which was a big mistake.

Both his 'lover' and 'best friend' met and started becoming closer ,but he didn't think much of it. He never would have guessed that after they completed a misssion to kill a level ten zombie his lover would collude with his best friend to kill him.

They had just completed killing a level ten zombie when his lover dragged him away from the group into a secluded place . He turned around and asked "what's wrong?" Almost instantly he felt an intense pain in the left side of his chest.

He looked down to see a sharp long object in his chest, he stared at his lover's smiling face in dread. The only person in the team who was a metal ability user in his team was his 'best friend'. He turned around only to see his 'best friend's' smirking face. He then walked over to his 'lover' and put his hand around his waist while looking at Ivan condescendingly.

"Why?! I loved you so much and treated you so well! So why?!"

"Ha! You really are stupid, aren't you? Before the apocalypse I was only using you for your money and now I was only with you because of your strong abilities. I was always in love with Tom (best friend). I knew him way before the apocalypse even started and pretended like I didn't so you wouldn't be suspicious . You became a strong fire ability user while I was only a weak water ability user . Why must you always get the good things in life?! But now look at you, you look so pitiful now. Ha! When you die I'll make Tom the leader of the most powerful ability user team and fabricate a story as to why and how you died so the members of the squad won't be suspicious."

Ivan couldn't believe that his lover of ten years and best friend would betray him and in such a vicious way. And just like that Ivan died at the age of thirty four but not before seeing his 'best friend ' give his 'lover' a passionate and heated kiss.

[Hello]

A somewhat mechanical voice brought Ivan out of his deep thoughts.

"Who are you ?" Ivan asked unfazed by the fact that the voice came out of no where.

[I am the cute and adorable ~System 101~] Just then Ivan saw a cute-looking creature. It shiny blue scales with small streaks of pink on it's back and tail. And it seemed to be swimming in the air?

[ And I'm here to help you o(^o^)o]

[ I was sent by the high goddess of life and death aka the high goddess/morrigan to assist you.]

[You are currently in the body of the villain in an otome game you played. It's called 'The beautiful romance in the midst of chaos']

Ivan remembered playing this game . It was about a guy called Mason sky. He was sheltered his whole life and then apocalypse began and he entered a base.One month after the apocalypse, special abilities started to appear and the hero got.... drumroll please ....

I know, cliche . He met the two capture targets and they fell in love with him. And there was the hidden capture target . if you chose the harem route, you would capture not only the capture targets but also some powerful side characters. Depending on your choices, you could also make some powerful allies. The hero was arrogant and a two-faced black lotus . He was complacent because he was the only known healer in the apocalypse . He was jealous of the 'villain' Ivan because he was a powerful thunder ability user and was very good-looking ,so he conspired against Ivan while acting like a white lotus and winning people's hearts. He turned Ivan's family against him and made him seem like a horrible person. He framed Ivan of stealing a level four zombie core from the base (at that time it was a big deal )and got him expelled from the base. He then secretly ordered some disgusting and vulgar men to rape Ivan and throw him into a horde of zombies.

When his parents heard of his death they were indifferent but his brothers had mixed feelings about it. But surprise surprise one of his brothers was a capture target and the other one was a side character the hero captured .Thus both were comforted by our 'sweet' hero, so they tossed the thought of their younger brother's death to the back of their minds and the hero ,the capture targets and the other side characters all lived happily ever after, the end.

Ivan despised this game and it's characters because of it's absurd storyline, but now he was in the body of the most unfortunate character in the game. Perfect. At least it was better than being dead, He may not be able to achieve his revenge but now that he was in a different Ivan's body, moving foward, he will let all the people who wrong him pay the price and thrive in the apocalypse like the stubborn twink he was.

[ Host, you might feel a slight headache before you gain the original Ivan's memories]

Just as the system's voice fell, Ivan suddenly felt an awfully painful headache . It was relatively painful but Ivan had experienced worse. He just felt really fatigued. He soon started dozing off and lost consciousness.

And that's a wrap. I spent more than an hour doing this shit. Authors really deserve more credit. Oh well 🤷‍♀️. I hope you enjoy the story. Good bye my CBies~😘
