31. No One Is Sane

The rocking movement inside the carriage awakens him from his slumber after Kane forces Claude to come with him into the region outside the capital city.

"Hm? Where Am I?" Claude mused inwardly, peeking at the carriage's window which was slightly ajar.

It felt different, something strange, Claude sensed an atmosphere significantly different from the usual scenery that he was familiar with. It felt, denser and had more depth and detail.

Even the weather conditions and the trees changed, everything became more intricate.

After Kane found out he was wanted and Claude was also being hunted, the plot progresses smoothly, without needing much thought, it moves faster. Kane took him into hiding in another fiefdom, hidden and far from his home in Iceroyaland.

People called it the Land of Fire. Not because it was full of fire clans, but because the land was called the land of fire because of its hot climate.
