Manly tears ... and conclusion

(3rd Person POV)

The time that Toji spent as part of the Roger Pirates was amazing for him. He had COMPLETELY forgotten why he was even here. That was the charm of this Pirate crew. Roger was very charismatic and their character was nigh identical. Toji loved to party with them, train with them, see the world and just enjoy their freedom.

As time passed, Toji took the job of a trainer if you will. His skill in all areas of combat as well as his experience made him very suitable to train the younger ones. Shanks and Buggy were the ones he was training. Shanks was very interested and motivated to grow stronger, while Buggy wasn't as interested.

So Toji used an old trick. Rivalry.

"Come on Buggy, if you don't try harder, Shanks will leave you behind and find more treasures than you do."

"WHAT?! That can't happen!!", he screams and then stands back up to train.

Buggy has gotten very skilled in his use of the Bara Bara no mi. Toji told Buggy some ideas on what to try and do with it. Buggy had the chop chop fruit. Theoretically, he shouldn't have a limit to what he can and can't chop. If he awakens the fruit, he should be able to chop the surroundings like slashes or people and incapacitate them. It was a really powerful fruit actually. Buggy just lacked imagination and motivation.

As the years passed the Roger Pirates met with the Whitebeard Pirates multiple times. One of the best moments for Toji was when he challenged Whitebeard to a fight. He used Ōkami Kikōō in the fight to train his skill with the Naginata. Their fight, much like Toji's fight with Roger created widespread destruction and Whitebeard was actually able to grow passed his limits during the fight. The two have been friends ever since.

There are some things that Toji didn't like though. And that was the World Government as well as the CP. He never liked their disregard for life and freedom. The sheer will to control everything dictated their actions and made them do horrendous things. Whenever Toji saw something like slavery or the destruction of an island, he would get involved.

Toji already had a bounty that was comparable to Roger's and Whitebeard's. He got his first one when the Roger Pirates were in Sabaody Archipelago.

(Flashback)

"Yo Toji, are you going to check out the areas?", Toji heard the voice of Shanks.

"I am. You wanna come?"

"Yeah!"

"What about you Buggy? Do you also want to come with us?", Toji asked.

"If Shanks is going, then so am I."

"Haha, then let's go."

The group wandered from area to area and tried out different things. They visited the shops and bought certain things they certainly didn't need. They spent the most time in areas 32- 34 which was the amusement Park or Sabaody Park. Toji paid the price for Shanks and Buggy and together they enjoyed their time here.

They also visited the mall in area 30 just to have a look.

It was in the afternoon that their tour brought them to Area 1, where the Auction House was located. Toji didn't want to but after begging him Shanks and Buggy managed to get Toji to visit the auction with them. What they saw there ... it changed them. They were still a bit naive up to that point but after the auction house ... they grew up somewhat.

"Wha-what is this?"

"Why are they selling ... humans? And Mermaids?"

"*Sigh* ... this is human nature Shanks, Buggy. The strong prey on the weak. The sooner you learn this the better. The Celestial Dragons are the ruling class in the world. They aren't powerful themselves but they have the entire Navy at their beck and call. So if you hurt them, you challenge the entire World Government. Slavery is what keeps them entertained. They do what they want and when they want to.

It is good that you two are confronted with this now. This world is not all sunshine and rainbows, even if it might seem to be the case on Roger's ship. It is a dangerous world and you two need to grow powerful if you want to have any kind of freedom.", Toji explained to the two young men.

Buggy was very emotional and had tears in his eyes. Shanks was also very sad as he had friends on Fishman Island and he couldn't help but be hurt by this display. Funny enough, an opportunity arrived ... a Celestial Shitface showed up with his two grown children. They were accompanied by CP and were using humans to ride on them.

Both Shanks and Buggy were revolted and got angry at the sight.

"So boys ... what shall we do? Do we bend and watch this ... or do we cause some chaos?", Toji said the last part with a big smile.

When the other two heard him they looked at him and saw his big smile. That made them both smile as well and they yelled:

"CHAOS!!"

"TAHAHAHAHA ... that's the spirit guys. Let's go!", Toji said and they were off.

Shanks and Buggy stormed the stage and began to knock out and slice the guards who were holding the prisoner. They began to free the slaves one after the other. This was not gladly seen though and more guards arrived. These small-time guards weren't a problem for the two though. No, the problem ... or more like nuisance was the disgusting pig astronaut who thought he had any say whatsoever.

"Heeey you lowly scum. Get away from my slaves~ Daaad do something~", the young man said to his father.

"I will son! Guard's take care of this!", the Celestial Dragon said. The three Cipher Pol agents bowed towards him and said.

"Yes Saint Ri-"

"Yare yare ... what a crowd this is today. I feel so privileged to get to be here. Is it as nice for you as it is for me? I guess it is no?", Toji's voice interrupted the CP. He walked towards the Celestial Dragons and sat down between them. He put his arms around them as if they were friends.

"GET AWAY FROM SAINT RI- *ARGH*", the same guard screamed but then stopped when his head fell from his shoulders. The other CP followed shortly after that.

"Poor man ... he never could tell me your name.", Toji said with a sigh.

"I am Saint Ri-"

"But no matter. I guess it isn't meant to be for us to connect.", Toji said in mock sadness. He ran his finger over the helmet very slowly with a longing expression.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! GET YOUR DIRTY HANDS OFF OF ME! I AM SAINT RI-"

"Don't be sad! I can feel your pain. I feel the same way. But maybe we will meet in the next life.", Toji interrupted him again.

There was an actual tear running down his face this time. Everyone that was watching had their mouths open. No one had ever seen something like that. The few members of the Roger pirates that were there had knowing smiles on their faces.

"Say what is your name again?", Toji asked.

"YOU INSUFFERABLE!!!! I AM SAINT RI-"

"OH NO! I can't get over the pain I feel when I hear your name. It is too much. Please don't speak ... I must go now ... but don't worry we still have this moment to look back on. Well, at least I do. You'll be a puddle of blood and gore all over this auction.

I guess some here ... some right there to the side and the ceiling as well ... for good measure. You know. Everybody loves a good murder mystery. And the mystery will be ... how can his insides paint the entire Auction house?"

"HOW DA- *Ack Ack*", he tried to yell again but then began to choke.

His head began to get red and then darker. From red to blue to purple. His entire body started to swell more and more and then ...

*BOOM*

He exploded like a balloon filled with blood. The Celestial Dragon exploded like a bag of microwave popcorn during a tense movie scene, leaving the room smelling like victory and slightly burnt hopes of a bloody climax.

The entire hall ... was dead silent. Everyone had their mouths wide open.

*POP* *POP*

Two more pops or explosions broke the silence. Toji just couldn't read the room. He didn't give a f*ck and popped those other two Celestial Dragons and turned the hall into a Jackson Pollok painting.

"Oh my. 'How can their insides paint the entire Auction house?'", Toji said jokingly. Quoting himself about what the mystery will be when he kills them.

Toji stood up and then began to stretch. He hadn't gotten dirty in the explosions. His powers kept him safe but he knew that soon a Marine Admiral would come and then there would be chaos. Out of nowhere, the entire hall began to turn loud as many pirates got their bearings back and began to ... laugh.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA" "BAHAHAHAHA" "HIHIHIHIHI" "HOIHOIHOIHOI" "SOSOSOSOSO" "LOLOLOLOLOL"

"Shanks, Buggy! Let's dip before we get entangled with the boring Marines. We can get some good cardio out of this.", Toji screamed to the two boys. They took this chance and began to run back to their ship.

(Flashback end)

Needless to say, that particular day wasn't a good one for the Marines and neither for the Celestial Dragons and World Government. And also, needless to say, Toji got a ginormous Bounty of over 1 billion Belly. The reaction of the crew?

They partied for hours and just had fun. They had a good time.

But all good things must come to an end. Toji knew that the moment when the Roger Pirates reached Laugh Tale and found the One Piece. Toji was surprised at the truth of this world, but he already had some theories from his past life. They all laughed so hard that they cried. It was indeed very funny. He felt the same when he read the One Piece manga. The Hito Hito ni mi, Model: Nika was indeed the most ridiculous fruit.

Toji offered Roger to heal him, but his friend refused his chance. Roger said that it was time for him to stop anyway. Toji then told him that he could simply take the pain away if he wished. But the good man didn't want that.

So when Roger disbanded the crew and said goodbye to everyone, everyone cried. Toji also cried for the first time in years. He was sad that this was how the story ended for Gol D. Roger, even though he knew what he would do one year later.

After the few years Toji spent with the Roger Pirates, he finally thought about the world of Bleach which he left behind. He didn't have that many things which held him there. He had frineds of course but they wouldn't need him for now anyway ... although he wasn't sure how big the time difference was.

The war between the Shinigami from the Gotei 13 and Aizen turned out slightly different than what we knew from the story. Before Ichigo could defeat Gin, he was stopped by Rangiku. She wished to be the one who fought Gin. The snake dind't take lightly to that as he wished to keep Rangiku out of it.

But that wouldn't work with her anymore. She had gotten strong. And now that it seemed that Toji was dead, she was furious. So while Rangiku took care of Gin, Ichigo helped Urahara, Yoruichi and his father in their fight against Crystallis Aizen.
