- "Welcome, travelers," the voice beckoned. "We have been waiting for you."

When the sound ended, they exchanged an astonished look, their curiosity now tinged with a new design. They exchanged a gesture before making their way to the source of the sound, stiffening for whatever mysteries lay ahead.

her voice firm with resolve. "Let's find out what's really going on here."
