Elsa knew her daughter's characteristic too well that she was a mastermind in acting or making fuss unnecessarily just a perfect tiny reflection of Lilianah. Still her pleading tone stabbed in her motherly heart as she quickly went back on the bed and placed her slender hand over her rasping chest.

As she felt everything normal including her breathing and blood circulating, she asked out anxiously and with a hint of suspension which was hidden in her tongue, 

" Did you eat something junk or anything unusual? Because I'm feeling nothing unusual."

Sara gulped down her saliva fearfully still pretending to be in pain and continued scratching her head mentally.
